We booked a room here for one night as a last minute decision. We literally booked the room 5 mintues before we checked in. This is what a boutique hotel is supposed to be. At check in we were greeted warmly by the front desk girl even though she was busy and working alone. She offered my husband and I...

Perfect Hotel for a 2 night get away to San Louis Obispo. Amenities were well thought out. Centrally located in the downtown area. Shops, great restaurants, movie theater and The Mission within a couple of blocks. Felt very safe, which is important since I was traveling alone!

We had never been to San Luis Obispo before and took a chance on your hotel. It was great! So much character and charm. Nice breakfast on the patio. Very attentive staff. Bed slept great. Will stay there again.

This is a chic, cosy, well located hotel with a certain attitude. I found staff pleasant on the surface but not willing to go much further than that. Rooms can be a gamble especially if you like privacy. Room 3 shares a patio with 4 which is ok if you are related but not otherwise. We moved to room 8...

Only one night here which is a shame. The hotel is beautifully presented. The room we were in was smallish but impeccably decorated and furnished. The hotel has a small restaurant and a wonderful open air patio where we ate breakfast. The staff are amazing. Highly recommended for couples.

This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed at in t very long time. The service is impeccable! From the moment you enter the doors they great you like royalty. Once you have checked in they take your bags to your room (there is no elevator) just like the old days and every night there is...

Had an amazing stay. Super clean room with all the amenities. The steam showers was a delight. The staff took really good care of us and were very accommodating. Easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Best location to experience downtown SLO. Unique hotel and very comfortable. I look forward to returning again but would choose a different spot for dinner. The Bistro on property is very comfortable, clean and hip but the food was slightly disappointing.

The Bistro room service for dinner and breakfast were off the charts . The front desk staff were very accommodating from the moment I arrived with my little service dog in tow. There was never a question about his service he provides for me and that was such a wonderful greeting .

The location of this property is absolutely perfect for visiting downtown San Luis Obispo. The hotel decor itself is reminiscent of Europe and "swanky." However, since it's one of the most expensive properties to stay with in the area, we expected better service and warmer hospitality. The room is pretty small with a glass shower door facing the bedroom, so...
