There are not many more beautiful scenic surroundings than at Cordevalle in San Martin. This hidden gem has a lot more to offer than their wonderful rooms such as golf, tennis and hiking. Could not recommend more a tennis lesson with their great tennis professional, Benjy Robins. He is amazing and such a professional!

Excellent location for both corporate events and personal travel. As you leave the highway and drive through a scenic valley and and pasture you approach the foothills where Cordevalle’s golf, tennis and vineyards come into view. You’ll be approached by friendly staff for a quick check in. Each room is built to feel like a separate villa, with sliding doors opening out on a patio looking directly at the mountains. What drew me was the world class tennis; each time I’ve visited, local pro Benji Robins draws elite clientele and frequent guests from the pro tour (you know the names). For us, a few days at coredevalle was exactly what was needed to refresh the mind, body and spirit.

I love tennis and enjoyed the classy courts and club house coupled with the best tennis pro for detailed review of your game and rapid fire improvement, Benjy Robbins. The restaurants and room are world class - coupled with romantic views and ammenities.

I am an avid tennis player and would like to give a review regarding the Tennis Director, Benjy Robins, at the Rosewood Cordevalle Tennis Center. First of all, Benjy has the highest credentials of any tennis instructor in the South Bay. He is a former ATP player, and actually organized the ATP tour for over 10 years. In addition, Benjy has a masters in Business Administration. Wow, a tennis pro with smarts!! I have been taking tennis lessons from Benjy at the lovely Rosewood Cordevalle Resort for over 4 years. He has improved my mental game, as well as my physical tennis game. Benjy is patient, yet honest, in his evaluation of the student’s technique. I want honesty, because I want to improve! Benjy observes one’s techniques and intuitively “sees” what is in the student’s mind, an amazing gift for a former tennis pro! At one point I felt frustrated with the game, but Benjy has given me the “tools” needed to play with confidence. In addition, Benjy makes sure all the players in his clinics have a say in their lessons. He takes the time to speak with the tennis students about technique, tactics, or even racquet choice. Benjy’s clinics are amazing! He keeps any number of players engaged with drills, variety of games, even prizes! The courts are clean, tennis balls are lively, and Benjy offers a warm and friendly welcome to all. Benjy Robins is the best!!
