We stayed mid/end July for 3 nights at The Eagle Inn and really enjoyed our stay. We can really recommend this hotel as it has the perfect location. Near the beach, near the pick-up for the whale watching tour (4.5 hours!!!) and near the shopping/restaurant street. Breakfast was always very good, staff really friendly. The breakfast room is a bit...

Great location for beach and ome rooms are really nice, but no workout facilities, no pool and very limited selection at breakfast - freshly made at least ... Price too high for what's been offered!!!

I surprised my girlfriend with a romantic getaway to Santa Barbara and I chose to stay at the Eagle Inn because it just seemed like the right fit for what I had planned. It's nestled in just a few blocks away from the beach and a couple from downtown. The room was spacious and had a very "warm" vibe to...

My two daughters and I stayed for two nights. We drove up from LA and had no idea what to expect. We had a great time walking to State Street and going to the beach and finding great restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised that it was Fiesta weekend and we enjoyed the fun filled atmosphere on Cabrillo and State Streets.

We spent two lovely days in Santa Barbara and the Eagle Inn was a highlight of our trip. Every detail was attended to and the location was wonderful. We never used our car, we walked everywhere. We appreciated the peacefulness and cleanliness of our casitas.

The Eagle Inn has the perfect location if you want to enjoy the beach at your stay at SB and dont mind walking 15 mintues to most of the restaurants. Even if we had the room against a main street with car traffic it was a quiet room. The room was a bit larger than average, which was nice.

Beautifully designed hotel close to the beach, yet away from the worst traffic. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Nice and clean room. The bed was really comfortable. Thought I would be disturbed by the thin walls, you could hear people talking in the next room, and even sometimes in the street outside, but it was fairly quiet...

The Eagle Inn was very clean. We loved having the bikes with the locks. Having the trolley come by every hour. Great location. The best tip we have for people staying. white noise/ fan app on your cell phone. Place cell phone plugged in on each night stand. Maybe ear plugs. The phone app worked great !!! Would stay there...

Casita = Romance Romance Romance Need I say more? But I will - pristine cleanliness, lovely furnishings, super comfortable bed, soak tub actually big enough for 2 very comfortably (we're not small so I was skeptical of this feature), in room massage was probably the most amazing massage I've ever had. We found a platter of chocolate covered strawberries in...
