Very good and great locations. The hotels is old but very nice. Just need to replace the carpets or have it steam shampoo and apply some deodorizer to smell fresh. The breakfast is included is a nice touch but do not represents as in "breakfast is included" means full breakfast, it's only continental not even so because even holiday inn...

We stay at the Montecito Inn every time we visit friends in Santa Barbara. The rooms are comfortable, they provide coffee 24 hrs, and in the morning they provide muffins, fruit, juice and power bars. Montecito Inn is close walking to many cute little restaurants and they provide valet parking.

Rooms are on the smaller side but the atmosphere makes up for it; quaint original details and gorgeous architecture complete the view. Walkable to Montecito but a little farther from Santa Barbara. The breakfast was pretty scant and I wish the restaurant was open (its under renovation) for the full effect.

Everything was wonderful as usual. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick or long stay in Montecito. I can't wait to come back. The staff is wonderful, welcoming, and always happy to help. Location is amazing to shops and restaurants.

I would say that this Hotel is alright... It is nothing special. I loved Montecito's town and this was a good location. The hotel rooms are very small and you can hear everyone around you. We could hear the person in the next rooms conversations any time they were talking. The bathrooms are tiny! The coffee bar/breakfast area is small,...

It feels like Hollywood in the 1920s. But I don't want to stay in an outdated hotel from that era. Small rooms, tiny bathrooms, poor lighting and heat/AC. Initially charming, then we missed some modern conveniences.

The Montecito Inn is what everyone would want in a small top of the line hotel in Montecito. We love staying there. The staff is wonderful and friendly and the location is right off the 101. You could not ask for a better experience.

We really liked the charm of this boutique hotel, and you can't beat the location in Montecito - walking to lots of great restaurants. Cool old, style elevator, and lots of references to Charlie Chaplin who apparently frequented the place. Our big recommendation - bring earplugs. The street noise is loud - there is a highway below the hotel and...

I recommend that you request a room not facing the highway. Fresh OJ, good coffee as well as wrapped pastries (didn't try) were available for breakfast. Valet parking was not available when we arrived in the evening. There was a parking fee we didn't expect. Otherwise the hotel was very charming with a European feel.
