Our one night stay at The Secret Garden was a very enjoyable experience. Woodthrush accommodated my husband and me and our 16 year old daughter. The furnishings were comfy and quaint. We enjoyed the hot tub right outside our front door which was enclosed by a wooden fence for privacy. The garden is beautiful and enjoying Dominique's homemade breakfast in...

We love The Secret Garden Inn. Thank you for your hospitality and delicious breakfast, Dominique! The room was clean, and garden was beautiful. The breakfast in the garden was relaxing to start our day. We will be back soon!

Traveled with my best friend, my daughter and her best friend. We stayed in the "yellow house" and had all the amenities of home, good sized living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, claw foot tub with shower, we even had a washer/dryer in the cottage. We enjoyed the quiet and privacy. There is an avocado, orange, lemon...

Our hostess Dominique served lovely breakfasts in the garden--we ate too much and enjoyed every bite. Wine and cheese and munchies at the preprandial time; brownies and hot drinks in the evening--we felt well-cared for. Enjoyed having a private hot tub. Our room was small but cosy, and the bathroom was spacious. Gardens were overgrown in a charming way. Good...

A piece of France in Santa Barbara. The innkeeper, Dominique, is friendly and helpful and a darned good cook. If you like sleek and modern, this place is not for you. If you like country and a homey feeling and a home cooked breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon and an evening snack, this is a great place. The...

This was our third visit to The Secret Garden Inn. It is charming - small, private cottages with a hot tub, and for this visit we splurged on The Nightingale room, which has a fireplace and small sitting room. So quiet, private, and lovely! Breakfast is always excellent -- quiche, fruit salad, homemade berry scones and persimmon bread (from the...

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have stayed in a few other SB B&B's that are nice, but very different from the Secret Garden, I have found this place to be the best. I love the location, the grounds, the cozy little rooms, the food, and of course...the hot tubs. When the trees & flowers are in bloom there are lots...

Like many B & B's, The Secret Garden is fun but quirky. The atmosphere, as well as the owner, is French. We had a 2 (small) room "suite" in a cottage situated on grounds that are probably lovelier in spring, summer, or fall. Our queen bed was comfortable, but the daybed that our 8-year-old used was very small. I don't...

Excellent service and hospitality. Nice French Vintage with good taste of cheese and wine. Surround by big tree and nice ambient for relaxing. I stay in the house outside the main house so it's quite not so much noise even close to the parking lot
