This is a real dirty place. You can clearly see that the owner doesn't care because in the long run they will book as rooms are hard to find during events and the like. There are many other hotel-motels to choose from close by like the Lemon Tree just across the street.

Clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location, a great value for Santa Barbara. Free parking. Family-run by nice people. Walking distance (3 minutes) to some restaurants (a favorite - Los Agaves on de la Vina), Trader Joe's, coffee shops, drugstore, etc. We had a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Bus stop right outside can take you...

People that expect large chains, and massive bills should stop reading. This is a family style place that is clean, friendly, and just what a weary traveler needs to stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was clean and hot. I had a microwave, coffee maker, refrig, blow dryer, iron and ironing board and a coffee...

I really wanted to give it a 2.5 stars but am rounding up. This place is a motel from the year 19forgotten. I am not sure why they say it is an inn. Everything about the place is dated except the flat screen tv in the room. There are obvious cracks in the walls, around the heater/air conditioner etc which...

We stayed here for two nights and it wasn't exactly cheap. The accommodations were average, no toiletries except for tiny packages of soap. The lady at the front desk was friendly and offered a few tourist tips. There was free parking and the inn was in a good location. It wasn't exactly quiet at night as you can hear vehicles...

This motel was a choice of desperation. We arrived in town for a Saturday wedding that was to begin in 2 hours. Upon arriving at our motel we thought we had “booked”, Expedia had made an error and booked us for the wrong date and they were full. The motel offered to call around to other motels and after the...

I guess you can say I'm spoiled. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada where every hotel that I have paid $150-$170 a night fits a certain criteria. Here in Santa Barbara, that price range gets you a motel that you would find in the unappealing part of Las Vegas. I don't usually complain on this site but when I'm paying...

Spent one night here & it was enough. While the sheets were clean the room smelt musty & the carpet was heavily stained. Nothing very positive to say except it's on a busy bus route, bus stop was right outside. The lady who checked us in was very pleasant. The room was at the back which was quiet.

All in all good value for money, a little cheap and cheerful but overall good value for money. Well located with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Clean with good wifi and tv. Plenty of free parking onsite.

Very basic amenities in a nice neighborhood. Clean but no frills (for example, there was no shampoo). Beds were comfortable enough, and front desk service was good. If you want a deluxe experience, don't stay here but overall it was OK.
