From the moment you enter The Four Seasons Biltmore you know you are in for a treat. The location is beautiful and the service is excellent from the time you are greeted by the car valet to the service at the registration desk and the valet to your room. You can tell that each individual is properly trained to take...

We are not Four Seasons material, but enjoy experiencing a wide range of places. We found our way to the Ty Lounge, and to a table on the patio overlooking the ocean. There were gas heaters providing radiant heat, that took the bite off the chilly evening wind. The waitress was delightful and unpretentious. There is a (limited) selection of...

I booked the Four Seasons for ourselves and friends (after staying there in Aug of 2013 for a wedding) We drove 4 1/2 hours to meet friends from SoCal (who drove 2 1/2 hours) When we arrived I overheard a staff member say they were at 80% capacity. We checked in and went to our room only to find the...

This 1929 charmer has a lot going for it. We were upgraded to a delightful airy room at the front with partial sea views ( 203 ) , and a mahoosive TV , which was cool because we were tired and wanted to veg out with room service and a movie..which we did very happily...the fennel sausage pizza is excellent....

Possibly the finest hotel my wife and I have stayed in. Brilliant location over the Pacific; superb staff at every level; beautiful surroundings and excellent ambience and food etc. Try the Sunday Brunch - possibly the best anywhere. The Buffet rivalled that put on by the Hotel du Palais in Biarritz - and that is a compliment indeed. Just go...

We found the staff to be welcoming and helpful at every interaction. We had the inconvenience of changing rooms in order to have the ocean view we were expecting (based on the room description and upcharge), but generally enjoyed the property and appreciated the staff making good on our reservation.

This hotel consists largely of bungalows and separate blocks of bedrooms scattered throughout the gardens. It is an old style Beverly Hills atmosphere. All very private. You could be staying in one of the rooms without ever going to the lobby/restaurants and nobody would even know that you were there. We ate in the main restaurant which opens out onto...

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend (coming up from Los Angeles). We arrived early on Friday and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. We stayed in the least expensive option (superior, I think) and found the room quiet nice. We were on a ground floor with a small private patio. Everything about the room...
