Don’t be fooled by the beach-vibe, attractive lobby. An absolute wreck of a property that is in complete disarray. The rooms are dirty, dated and in disrepair. For the nightly rate it would be assumed that the room would be serviced with clean towels at the least. The bathroom and shower are an absolute nightmare. I could understand the condition of this property if it were advertised as a “value” property with rates of $199 and below. Needless to say, if you’re looking for a clean hotel with basic amenities, this isn’t the property for you and your family.

Similar to a number of hotels at the location, you’re paying for the location with easy access to the water front and harbour. However, it has all the elegance of any roadside motel. Clean enough and comfortable bed. Walls are paper thin - I could hear next door like they were in our room. Breakfast was adequate I guess, but the toaster is virtually useless with 5 run throughs and my bagel was still pale. Staff were pleasant. Ok for a stop over, but pricey.

tgsi is perfectly situated opposite the harbour..rooms huge and clean ..pool available..breakfast not too bad ..reception desk brilliant and helpfull..location is perfect for beaches harbour pier wharf restaraunts etc..good experience ...would recomend this to any one

The bed was comfortable. The balcony was very nice with an amazing view. The staff was friendly. Delicious breakfast and the complimentary wine, cheese and grapes for the happy hours was great. However the air conditioner was not cooling enough to keep the room cool, but it was nice to have fan avove the bed so that made up for the air conditioner. The water pressure was weak and tbe knobs were very hard to turn because of the spiked shape handles. The toilet seat was low and for someone with bad knees or an elderly person would have problems getting back up. Over all stay was awesome minus these issues mentioned.

Clean rooms, working fan and air conditioning, comfy bed. Loved that Almond Milk was available to have with cereal as part of the free continental breakfast. Nice ambiance in the Lobby. Very surprised an pleased we were allowed to check-in several hours early. Great location to beach and walkable to downtown so didn't have to struggle to find car parking. The only downsides are that we didn't have a view of the beach from the room and there was no Hot Tub/Jacuzzi

Great location! Very friendly staff and nice having breakfast included. Evening wine/beer and snacks was great too. We stayed on Friday and Saturday (I don’t think you get this other days). Negative was the lack water pressure (there was none!) and no jacuzzi. Very minimal toiletries (I forgot my shampoo and conditioner and the quality of what was in the road m wasn’t optimal..)

Good location, decent rooms, kinda overpriced in my opinion, but universally great staff. Everyone we dealt with from front desk to groundskeepers to housekeepers to breakfast hosts was top notch…clearly people who are “right” for the hospitality industry.

This place was nice, friendly and great breakfast. My complaint is that the balcony was so small and not anything like the picture on line. We got Queen harbor side and we did not have that view. Again on the site it showed water view. In the photo below you will see the balcony and view. Very deceiving photos. We did not use the pool but it was small. Great free parking and walking distance to the wharf and state street.
