Samantha - Right in front of the hotel, there are bikes that are labeled "Wayfarer." Not sure if there's a cost, but ask the staff. The hope is that you can use for free. Another good thing about the Wayfarer is that you'll be within walking distance of much of the "Funk Zone" of Santa Barbara. "Funk Zone" = restaurants, urban wine trail, businesses, & quick walk to the beach from State Street. All the best.
