The employee that attended us was arrogant and rude, he didn't give us the room we had requested, and didn't give us the group discount we were offered. when we were checking out, we found out that the full cost had been charged the day we arrived. Also he said we should not use the parking lot.

We were attending a concert at the Arlington Theater on State street and the White Jasmine Inn was the perfect location. We could easily walk to State street without any problems. We had the Lavender Room in the main house and it was very comfortable and quiet. Both hosts were very friendly and gave us plenty of information. There isn't...

My personal experience of White Jasmine in was poor. Having waited to be checked-in at 3 pm I was amazed to be taken a couple of hundred yards away across and down the road to a completely different building. " Oh all the B and B's in the Santa Barbara are like this" I was airily told by the owner....

We were reluctant to try a B and B but were pleasantly surprised. Very nice accommodations, friendly people, outstanding breakfast and very clean. What else could you ask for? It was very easy to get everywhere from there by car. I would highly recommend it!

A perfectly lovely and affordable B&B in Santa Barbara, walking distance to downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms (we had three of them for our party) were perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Best of all, the Innkeeper, John, was a gracious host and most helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Santa...

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding. I don't know how my wife could have chosen a better place to stay. She nailed it. The location with relation to downtown and the wedding venue was great. Very convenient. Only a few blocks to walk to get to the heart of downtown with all it's amenities and to...

Arrived early and the innkeeper bent over backward to ensure I was settled in early so I wouldn't have to schlep my luggage with me in Santa Barbara that afternoon. He was friendly, funny and down to earth. Kind of like visiting a relative who really wants to make you feel welcome, prepared ahead for your stay, but has other...

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this Inn! We only had a short time in Santa Barbara and John (the innkeeper) really helped us figure out the best things to do and provided us with all sorts of useful materials. Also, the breakfast was a real highlight! John prepared this each morning and delivered it in a cute little...

I felt very lucky to find this place. I got a special rate of 135 because I was staying 4 days, mostly weekdays. Every days breakfast was different and all were warm and wonderful. My favorite was pancakes with fresh blueberry sauce closely followed by a warm croissant stuffed with scrambled eggs and mushrooms. There is a lovely garden out...

We stayed in the "Hideaway", which while small was quiet and perfectly fine for the two of us. The breakfasts were wonderful, and delivered punctually each day of our stay. We opted to dine over in the garden by the main house, but the proprietors are very flexible on where you can eat. John was quite helpful with our questions...
