A good hotel on state street but at the far end away from main tourist areas. Parking was great. Room was clean and had good air con. The Pool was very pleasant to return to at the end of the day. I would stay again.

The price was right for this place. We stayed one night here while heading up the coast. Had our two teen/tween kids with us, and wanted an affordable place just to spend the night. They have a restaurant on sight - not a place we wanted to go with the kids.

We were just passing through Santa Barbara and were looking for a reasonably priced option for the one night. Room was average-sized but very clean and tidy. Bathroom was nice too. Parking was the normal sort of motel situation and the staff answered all our questions in a timely fashion. Located maybe a mile away from the hustle and bustle...

This trip to California, we stayed for 2 nights, then 3 nights on our return back down the coast. The ambiance is so peaceful and wonderful, with the gorgeous tropical plants, beautiful pool and great hot tub. The rooms are more than adequate (not fancy) but we aren't in the room very much! Love having our own patio area. Restaurant...

My husband and I, together with our friend, stayed here in 2 rooms on 17 May. . We had booked one night, on our way to LA from Carmel. The two rooms we had were on the ground floor, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our rooms! Our room was modern and spacious, and being on the ground...

We were 3 couples driving from SF to LA to board a cruise liner. Our stay in Monterey was disappointing, but this hotel made amends. Beautiful spacious modern rooms, good beds, nice reasonably priced restaurant, and wonderful landscaped gardens and pool area. Top value for money, even though it was Easter Sunday. Would have liked a better look around Santa...

The room was dirty: bathroom had used soap in shower, pony tail holder on bedroom floor. I think the only thing that was done is that bed was made. I left an expensive travel mirror behind and when I called I was told they didn't have it. When I complained about condition of my room nothing was done Rooms are...

We are currently staying in the lemon tree and can' t wait to get out of here!!!! Although the hotel has nice ground it's a bit run down considering the price 250$ a night??? But I would be fine if it wasn't the constant noise from partying people's around the pool all day and late at night. It's extremely noisy...

Dear Patrice R, The Lemon Tree Inn is a beautiful spot at the center of Paradise. This Memorial day weekend we had some loud children enjoying our swimming pool which we were aware of, but due to the lack of complaints from other guests we let them play. Our staff is trained to provide polite and competent service without overly...

We spent one night at this hotel. The room was good sized but on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building. Like most hotels, we could hear the people above us walking around. There is plenty of parking. We didn't see many restaurants within walking distance, although we did eat breakfast at the restaurant located at the hotel. The...
