Nice hosts. Room ready for late arrival. Sheets were top notch thread count. Breakfast was available for early departure. They even gave me a ride to SCU! It is an old home and a BnB so you need to realize it's homey, not a 4 star resort. They do have a pool fire pit etc.

Stayed here many times, each time very enjoyable and relaxing. Great service, always very clean and fresh, great breakfast and the pool area is second to none. All of the rooms/beds were very comfortable and I never had a bad nights sleep here. Easy drive from the airport and so close to all the attractions Santa Clara has to offer...

This inn is a true treasure with a comfy parlor and a big sheltered back yard where we spent the evening in a hot tub and had an amazing breakfast in the morning. All of this (and the home made cookies) is of course ample reason to stay there and be super comfortable, but the kind hosts made our stay...

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a kind review, Oli! We are so happy that you had a chance to really enjoy some of our favorite aspects of the Inn--the hot tub, the homemade cookies, the delicious breakfasts, and, of course, the personalized attention that we are so proud to be able to provide to...

We stayed at the Inn for my husband's birthday, on our last evening of our visit to our son and his girlfriend. Such an enchanting inn, and Theresa and Ralph are so kind! Our only regret was that we had so little time to speak with them, but thoroughly enjoyed Theresa visiting with us and the other couple we breakfasted...

Thank you so much for your kind review! We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay and that you loved our cozy Harrison Room and scrumptious breakfast! We would love to see you again! Hopefully, the rain will hold up a bit during your stay this time, so that you can enjoy the lovely patio, outdoors, and neighborhood :)

As parents of a SCU student, we discovered this B&B last year. First we loved the proximity to the school (easy walking distance). Then we loved the comfortable bed, the friendly owners and staff (Kate is wonderful!). Breakfast in the lovely patio is perfect, both for the food and the chance to talk to the other parents or visitors, it...

The Madison Street Inn is on a corner lot, with the hosts' house on the adjoining lot. We enjoyed the Madison Room (front room just inside left of front door). This is a nicely furnished, well-kept up old house with high ceilings. Also on the first floor are the parlor and sitting rooms, dining room, and two other guest rooms....

Thank you so much for your kind words and beautiful photos! The Madison Room is one of our favorites, too, with the sunshine entering through the east-facing window and the orange tree right outside the north window. We are so glad to hear that you loved our breakfasts! The french toast is a famous Tess recipe :) We look forward...

This was my first Bed and Breakfast experience and I LOVED it!!!!! My daughter and I stayed two nights in the Harrison room. The room itself was very clean and cute, though it was a little on the small side, but that was no big deal for us, for the only time we were really in the room was to...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the Inn. I am pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay here. The room you stayed in is small for 2 but it sounds like you managed:) Since there is a little we can do about room size, we aim to please with our food and hospitality and seems...

Its worn, a bit dirty, needs updating. Bed was okay, coverlet faux velvet? Didn't stay for breakfast. You have to drag your luggage upstairs. Really nice backyard and pool. Good location. The railing going to the kitchen is sticky. The front door needs cleaning up from overload of stickers.

Would like to thank this guest for her input. It's always good to get feed back on things we can improve on. While we are proud of our commendations from various groups, the front door window did need an update and believe it looks a lot better. I'm sorry this guest did not enjoy the soft comfy wrap we had...
