The whole San Jose area was booked, and we needed a last minute room to visit Santa Clara University. I took a chance on a Priceline secret hotel. Our tower suite on the 6th floor was spacious, clean and nice. Comfortable king bed and comfortable sleep sofa. Close to the highway but we did not hear any road noise. RIver...

I am presently on a business stay and the internet connection has not been working for the last two days. The response from tech support that i have been getting is that the ticket has been escalated and the one from the front desk is the max that they can do is give me the contact for tech support. DO...

We were in town for a disabled hockey event; the event forced us to book the rooms through a third party, so maybe the hotel wasn't informed we were disabled athletes, but we were originally given rooms on the second floor in a part of the hotel that doesn't have elevator access (most of the athletes use canes, scooters, or...

Stayed only 1 night so it was bearable. Place looks nice enough but rooms are loud and tv signal was horrible. I can only assume they are on satellite with poor wiring. Good access to the airport and rest of the city...there are better options

Part of this hotel was very old and part is a motel (doors to the outside) which I was not aware of before getting there. I booked rooms for a large group, some of which had plumbing problems in their rooms. Others were in motel style rooms which do not create a sense of security. The staff was friendly and...

Our group of 51 people stayed at the Biltmore Hotel & Suites for five days in Santa Clara for a high school choir competition. The rooms we had were spacious and clean. The pull out sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The main reason for my review was for the service we received through the Food & Beverage side of the...

We had an event at the hotel. The conference center was very good. Organizing it was quite easy with the help of the event manager. The snacks at the welcome reception weren't very good, but the breakfast during our stay and the lunch during the event were very good. The hotel itself is not luxury. The rooms are quite large...

Our family stayed here for 1 night out of the originally booked 3 before switching to the Fairmont while my husband was in town for meetings. Our room with 2 queens was small and just wasn't conducive to small children's nap/sleeping schedules. It faced the freeway and was on the second floor - up the stairs with no elevator (and...

I was happy to get a tower room, which had a great view, and had an in-room coffee maker that I really appreciated! But... I could hear everything going on in the room next door, where the gentleman staying liked to watch a lot of tv. Not so fun with jet lag. Since I had a business call at 6am...

I had an amazing stay at the Biltmore . Celia was an outstanding help. She was very accommodating to our changes. Donald Jeet also made our stay great . We appreciate their attentiveness. This is our second time at the biltmore hotel and we plan to come back again. Dee Dean
