I attended a wedding at the Biltmore and it was really nice. The atrium with it's tall columns and natural light was a perfect spot for the ceremony. The bar was great for cocktail hour and the dining room perfect for dinner and dancing. There were about 80 guests. Many of us stayed at the hotel. Our room was quiet,...

Room was a discounted rate of $205 per night plus tax. I was there on a business trip and did not need to spend a lot of time in the room My room was a first floor small room that opened to the outside and was facing a gas station/convenience store. . The room had a brown vinyl floor and...

Had our team offsite in April. 3 days and everything went smoothly! Staff was fantastic and any change we had, done immediately. Staff was always available as needed. They were friendly, courteous and professional. Food was fantastic! Will definitely hold more meetings there.

Sonam and Aira at the front desk listened to my request/needs and made my stay as comfortable as possible. I appreciate the sincere customer service. Overall, most impressed with the service, I look forward to my future stays at this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for a 3-day workshop. My room was on the 9th floor so I had a nice view of San Jose. The bed was comfortable. It has a nice courtyard with a pool and a few chairs to relax in during breaks. Everyone was nice. The first time I stayed at this hotel in the fall...

The whole San Jose area was booked, and we needed a last minute room to visit Santa Clara University. I took a chance on a Priceline secret hotel. Our tower suite on the 6th floor was spacious, clean and nice. Comfortable king bed and comfortable sleep sofa. Close to the highway but we did not hear any road noise. RIver...

I am presently on a business stay and the internet connection has not been working for the last two days. We were in town for a disabled hockey event; the event forced us to book the rooms through a third party, so maybe the hotel wasn't informed we were disabled athletes, but we were originally given rooms on the second floor in a part of the hotel that doesn't have elevator access (most of the athletes use canes, scooters, or...

Stayed only 1 night so it was bearable. Place looks nice enough but rooms are loud and tv signal was horrible. I can only assume they are on satellite with poor wiring. Good access to the airport and rest of the city...there are better options

Part of this hotel was very old and part is a motel (doors to the outside) which I was not aware of before getting there. I booked rooms for a large group, some of which had plumbing problems in their rooms. Others were in motel style rooms which do not create a sense of security. The staff was friendly and...
