Great place to stay! They have been very helpful in any way they can to accommodate for our personnel, equipment and our work in front of their facility. The only thing I could possibly ask more of out of this establishment is for a better tasting coffee available in the room. I've stayed at many places working out of town...

Very big spacious rooms with big HD flat TV screens and HBO for those that are interested. We stayed in R318 and it was great - bog space, clean, huge comfortable king-size bed, nice soft pillows and importantly a duvet...just a thin one over a sheet...but in other places in the evenings I've been cold so this was just what...

Great place to stay, nice location near historic downtown town and across from a nice ice cream place, friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows. The place was very clean and updated. Breakfast was average. Only downside was the thin walls so we could hear every foot the people above us made. Would recommend

We checked in late night and very tired. The manager Upen Patel was very kind, friendly & helpful. I wonder when he sleeps because he was back on the job the next morning. The room was clean & comfortable and had all the amenities expected from a Quality Inn. We would stay here again when passing through.

Upon taking a shower we found one of the towels had dirt marks & the owner promptly replaced it & followed up with his...

Went to a concert and needed a place to crash. I yelped and said why not. The front desk man was really nice and printed out my concert tickets. The room was very clean, quiet area and close to the board walk. I would reccomend and I would stay here again. The staff are really nice.

Booked this Inn on a last minute trip to Santa Cruz, beds are comfortable. Although I could have done without the loud outside noise( someone's kid was bouncing a basketball in the parking lot at 10pm). continental breakfast was a surprise with sausage and eggs and fresh pastries.

We had booked a night at the Capri Motel on Riverside but was so disappointed when we went to check in that we looked for another place. I contacted the Quality Inn knowing they are always clean and reputable. We were not disappointed. I was clean, comfortable and a free breakfast. I would go back again.

Thank Diane L
