I love Palm Motel in Santa Monica. =)
I always feel very welcome when I am there & the staff is always very lovely, kind & welcoming. I consider this place "my second home" in Santa Monica and both me, my family & friends have...More
I have stayed here a few times. Rooms look renovated, and clean.
Very good value for price. Quite, around a mile from the beach. It takes me around 15’ to walk to the beach.
Super market within 2’ min walk and the city’s rental bikes...More
We stayed at the motel for 3 days in December. Nice greek-like atmosphere, clean rooms for a reasonable price. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. All in all we had a pleasant stay at the Palm Motel.
I stayed in December for a week and had a good stay. Bed sheets and towels were clean and wifi worked nicely. It is a simple but very cute Motel but brings to the table all of what one would expect for thay price.
I have stayed here many times on my trips to Santa Monica. I have also stayed at more traditional chain hotels in Santa Monica. Here is what I noticed... When I didn't stay here, sure maybe the bathroom was a little bigger, more modern, but...More
Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller
coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
