I have stayed here before and been happy but not this time. It seems they let a drug dealer rent out one of the rooms/apartments. People were banging on the door at all hours. They were making noise all night long. One woman left his...More

This has got to be one of the biggest scams in all of Santa Monica. Way overpriced for a glorified slum hotel. The rooms haven’t been updated in decades the furniture is old and falling apart. Stains everywhere! Lots of noise coming from alleyway will...More

It is all about location with this suites hotel! You can walk to the Promenade (lots of stores, restaurants, bars) and the beach and and the Pier. The hotel suites are funky and dated (think 1950's pink tile and fixtures), but there is a kitchen,...More

Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller
coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
