Detailed Reviews
I like this place but had a very bad meal in the little restaurant. Prices are high. I ordered two eggs over easy at $15.95 and got two hard-cooked eggs swimming in grease, with two strips of bacon and dried up potatoes from the buffet. For some reason the cook could not correct that and I canceled the order. It was all very weird. The $19.95 buffet is not looking very good either. The next day I went to Carl’s Junior, a short walk away just past the movie theater.
I like the location, in an office park sort of environment north of Santa Rosa. The room is very nice and spacious. No charge for parking. Staff was very good, even in the restaurant (except the cook.) Everything worked in the room except some of the liquids in the bathroom were not replenished. Keurig coffee maker. Lobby is small but nice.

Hotel's Favourite
The location is down the street from the airport, but you're not inundated with air traffic noise. Front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and service was great. Room was clean and comfortable, our window faced the small park next door, very quiet and serene.

This hotel is close to Russian River Brewery (Windsor) and within 10 minutes of some incredible wineries. All of the staff was welcoming. There was a new team member at the desk when I arrived. She helped me store my bags, and then immediately recognized me when I returned to check in later. That type of service is often hard to find, especially among people just beginning in the industry. I got her name when checking out...and then I promptly forgot it. The other lady in the morning was incredible throughout our stay as well. The restaurant was great for breakfast, though I think it was slightly understaffed (mostly because everyone came down to eat at the same time.) All in all a great, affordable stay, and I plan to return.

The hotel is nice place to stay while in wine country. It has easy access to both the freeway and the wine roads. The hotel is very quite, the rooms even have double windows (regular and exterior storm type) that keep all of the exterior noise out.
The staff go out of their way to be helpful and the rooms are kept exceptionally clean and well maintained.
The breakfast is very good and the wait staff attentive.

I was disappointed when I arrived at 6:10 pm to check in and discovered that my room was not available. Rene had to call someone to see if it was available, and when I arrived, I noticed no "Clean Stay" seal on my hotel door (#302). I heard street noise from my room on the third floor ( my Hilton status indicates ground floor) and found that the window was left open.
On the next I had asked the front desk person (Simian) if the breakfast was open and I had inquired about the newspaper where I received an "unfriendly" response. The breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were friendly, but the front desk and housekeeping staff need some improvement.

Three things you want in a hotel, clean, quiet and comfortable, throw in friendly staff and you have almost perfection. This hotel had everything but the friendly staff. We checked in late and the clerk seemed lost. His attempt at how the breakfast worked left us wondering what we were getting. We finally just said ok and asked for our room key.
Breakfast turns out to be in the restaurant in the lobby and you order what you want then receive $20 off the bill.

This hotel is conveniently, located and quality of service is excellent. The staff appeared to be very well motivated.
Jessica 6 and Emily check me in and will help for sorting out some credit card issues. The hotel provided complementary transportation for wine tasting at the nearby Kendall Jackson Vineyard.
Deana in the restaurant was very helpful for breakfast on both days .
I would stay again there without hesitation

Attractive, clean hotel just off 101 and about 15 minutes to downtown Healdsburg. Pretty lobby, decent breakfast, nice outdoor space. Our room was very comfortable and clean and had very soft sheets. The front desk clerk (Carolyn) was very helpful when we arrived and our chosen room was not ready. She worked hard to find us a similar room so we didn't have to wait to check in.

Rates are still quite high & there are no discounts for overnight hospital stays.
There are still no restaurant services.
The bathtub smelled like someone wiped it with a sour towel, which comes from bacteria that develops from not replacing cleaning sponges or washing cleaning towels often enough.
The only service we experienced was from the front desk and the day we arrived, staff were great. The day we left, the lady was a bit unfriendly & confrontational.

Traveling through Santa Rosa, we were looking for a nice overnight stay, nothing fancy, but not budget feeling. The Hilton Garden Inn fit our needs perfectly. The rate was very fair, customer service excellent and the property is nice. Beds were comfortable and the room was thoroughly cleaned, increasing my comfort level during these crazy COVID times. Best of all, the room was quiet. We were not disturbed by noises in the hallway or next door.

No, the ponds you have to walk to
Agree with previous poster. If you are talking about SRJC, then it is about 10 minutes away. If you ave thinking Sonoma State, you are about a half hour.
As I r call, yes and then they have a shuttle. I believe there is a charge to park at the hotel, but I think it's less than at the airport.
