I stayed for just one night with two more friends and it was a very good experience. The room was largue, with two confortable king beds and a side room with two more single beds. Bathroom clean and useful. The only bad thing is to pay for the breakfast. Definitely a good choice!

We just spent three nights at the Flamingo and everything was great! Ruth at the front desk went out of her way to make sure our visit was exceptional. This is the second time we have stayed here and both times the service and accommodations were outstanding. The prices are reasonable and the outdoor pool at 80 degrees in February...

This was our third stay at the Flamingo as business brings us to the area quite a bit. I've reviewed it before but just wanted to acknowledge something above and beyond. On our way to breakfast across the street at Jeffreys (highly recommend), we chatted with a gentleman at the front desk. Don, I believe. He was running out to...

We stayed 3 nights here as a RE visit to Santa Rosa. I was surprised to see a pool that large. They have 2! The staff were nice and accommodating. Our suite was very nice and very clean. We had an outside sitting area although we were on ground level. The room had the standard items, but only one robe....

We had a Board Meeting at the Hotel on Thursday and Friday. Hotel Managers, Tim and Ashley, were great to work with as was Human Resources Staff Member Tracy. Meeting room and staff, Martha, were very accommodating. Great atmosphere for the meeting. Beverages and snacks were good. The sleeping rooms were very nice and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. My wife and I were there for a conference. The Flamingo was built in the 50's and one would expect to see Frank Sinatra come around the corner. We had the Superior King Room which was a bit small (approx. 19'x14'), closet with limited number of hangers and of course the bathroom. To my surprise there was no set of...

This is an older resort but has been updated. One of the buildings has elevators but is far from the main building with the front desk, bar , food etc. The older buildings let you travel inside the hotel to the pool, hot tub and main building. I stayed in building 4. Looked like it had been updated with new...

Stayed here overnight so didn't really use any of the amenities. I had a king sized suite which was very clean and modern. Only strange thing is that we brought our own wine bottle but they made us go to the restaurant to have it opened. They didn't have a wine opener at the front desk? Very strange considering it's...

We stayed here to be central to our destinations on a recent visit. I grew up in SR so I knew this hotel has seen better days but was actually pleasantly surprised that the rooms were clean and updated. The lack of elevators can be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage but we were overall satisfied for...

Thank you Serina P for staying with us and for your kind words. Being minutes to the Sonoma Valley Wineries, such as St. Francis, and being central to Santa Rosa certainly is one of the best features of the hotel. We do have an elevator in our new Executive wing, and we're always happy to help with the luggage whether...

This centrally located huge motel needs a facelift badly. The suites are large but scruffy. There are no elevators and you have to carry your own luggage...even to the second floor. No doorman, no bellhop. Nice enough staff but that doesn't make up for the lack of service and the grungy rooms. We stay here regularly because it is very...

Happy New Year Ruth L. Thank you for your valuable feedback. We're sorry you had to take your bags up to your room. We do offer full bag service, so this was unnecessary.
