This hotel is pricey, but worth it. All rooms are directly over the water and offer unobstructed views of Tiburon, Angel Island, the Oakland Bay Bridge, Alcatraz and the San Francisco skyline (enchanting at night).

The hotel is right in the heart of town next to the ferry terminal. Although you could expect this to make it noisy, this wasn't my experience. Hotel was clean and staff were mostly friendly and helpful ( although some more so than others )....More
First I must say we did pay 0ver 1100.00 dollars a night and not including taxes and etc. But with this said we would stay again for more monies it was divine. Our room, our view, front desk, service and more.

personally, i don't have a problem with the fact that you couldn't use the restroom. it's not a public toilet. in fact, the more i think about it, the more i like the fact that those manning the front desk are protective... More

i don't understand why you felt the need to post this. since there are public toilets in the are, and you could have gone to one of the restaurants nearby.
