One of the best vacations in recent memory. Convenient to the city, but far enough away to feel like a real vacation. Born and raised in San Francisco, I felt like it was a real vacation get-away. Great restaurant.

Fabulous views, outstanding room and the location was within walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The hotel was as advertised online. We were on the third floor overlooking the marina. The valet parking was very quick and efficient and the entire staff was very professional.

The Casa Madrona is a beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great for easy access to SFO by Ferry and to the North by Car. If we are lucky to come back to the bay area, we will stay here.

Love the location. Wish the hotel didn't allow dogs. Our neighbors have gone out for the evening and their small dog is barking & howling at the top of his lungs. Poor thing is deserted in a strange place and the owners don't care. So cruel. Our romantic evening is over.

Its great the hotel has rooms for those with physical handicaps. Its a bit bizarre when they allocate them to non handycapped. I ended up trying to shower with a 4 foot high shower, which I assume is just the right thing if your in a wheel chair, but not so much when your standing up.

Best value hotel in San Francisco area. Hotel is clean, quiet, and right in the middle of beautiful Sausalito. The Casa Madrona has an excellent restaurant, open air sidewalk or enclosed dining. Hotel is located across Bridgeway from the pier and a few steps from shopping and other fine restaurants. Excellent staff!

Hotel is fabulous. Our room had a spectacular view of the bay. Room 301. Clean and nice....however my wife said the room smelled a bit moldy. I would stay here again. It's close to all the shops and restaurants. Staff was nice. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

We kicked back for 3 days in July. Our hillside cottage had a wonderful view of SF Bay and the local marina. Extremely convenient location for walking the tourist section of Sausalito and a great base for exploring. We went to Pt. Reyes one day and toured Tiburon another.

This was an excellent property with great service in the heart of it all. Muir woods, biking, hiking, sailing and shopping. Million dollar views everywhere with a short ferry ride to San Francisco. We will be back.
