We stayed in the hotel with our 10month old son. The hotel provided us a great crib. Our overall experience was great. We have been welcomed by very friendly staff. The room was wonderful. We had view of the bay. The interior design is great. Awesome bed and very spacious bathroom. We even had a fireplace. A fridge and coffee...

I've stayed at this hotel about three times. This is a beautiful hotel and each time I've had a view that looks towards the water. The rooms are incredibly nice with HUGE bathrooms. Service has always been excellent. They also have an area called the "Mansion", which I have been in, but not stayed. These are more like suites and...

I stayed at Casa Madrona for a night before a business meeting. The hotel is an easy stroll from the ferry, and within walking distance of several good restaurants. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. Comfortable pillows and fluffy linens on the four poster King-sized bed meant I had a wonderful night's sleep. Friendly and helpful front desk staff....

We stayed here prior to a larger trip to the Northwest. When we arrived we realized my husband's suitcase had been torn at the seams and searched during our plane trip. Everyone at the front desk could not have been more helpful as we figured out how to deal with the problem. As we had not rented a car the...

Great property for vacation and relaxation. The town is quaint and perfect for walking, biking, wine tasting and hanging out. The rooms are outstanding and food very good. Staff responded to all needs and were concerned about us.

We stayed at Casa Madrona 25 years ago on our honeymoon and thought it was the best place ever! Our memories served us correctly because after 25 years it was just as amazing as we remembered. Melissa was extremely helpful in making our 25th anniversary special as we stayed in the Mansion Suite. The room was beautiful, the view spectacular...

We had just spent a few days in the urban hustle and bustle of Sam Francisco and this was the perfect tonic for us. The room was very comfortable and the setting perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Views are magnificent and the rooms very spacious/ spotless. Vaulted ceiling rooms and hallways are unique but not inexpensive. Despite my inquiry/ request, our room rate was not adjusted to reflect being part of a group booking and somewhat disappointing. Staff are attentive, always there with a smile and very helpful when deciding upon where to tour or eat.
