This Motel 6 was exactly what I expected from a budget motel. Small room, aceptable beds, usable bathroom. The room was clean, well maintained and quite despite being next to the freeway. There were no toiletries except soap. Coffee was available in lobby, walking distance to Mexican restaurant, pizza joint, fast food and market.

The rooms were just okay. It was clean. The beds were okay, the pillows are way too soft. The pool was freezing, it is outdoors and not heated at all. We were there for a Field Hockey tournament at Moorpark College, this was close to where the teams stayed and it was easy access to the freeway. Next time I...

Right off the freeway, great shower, very clean, across the street from grocery store (Vons), very nice staff, 35 minute drive to Six Flags. Wifi is $2.99. No breakfast. Free parking. Lots of restaurants and fast food nearby.

Our family chose this Motel 6 location based on it's location near the Reagan Presidential Library - it is also within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store - important when you can't face 10 more minutes in a car during a long road trip. It's hard to beat Motel 6 for price - and it can be...

Was hesitant to stay here but had no other options. The staff was friendly. The room not only smelled fresh and clean, it actually was fresh and clean (and I'm hard to please). There is a lot of foot traffic outside but wasn't too loud otherwise. I am a Marriott girl so my expectations fail to meet the bar on...

Visiting Simi Valley can take some planning to reserve this affordable Hotel ahead of time! The last few times that I just went to Simi Valley the Motel 6 was all booked up. However, the several times that I have been there has been wonderful, freeway close and central to several places to eat.

Great location. Easy to find. Nicely remodeled rooms. Clean many restaurants located close by. Help courteous and friendly. Nice pool relaxing grounds. We really enjoyed it a lot more than the Holiday Inn Express next door, which has a rundown look and help is not all that friendly.

Great location with many restaurants and stores in the very near surrounding area. I've stayed here many times and will continue to do so because of the spacious rooms and friendly front desk service.

My husband and I are in town for the next several months, assisting my elderly mother. I think all employee's we've talked to are all so nice (Mostly college students) the rooms have always been clean. Yes, you need to bring your own "Goodies" like shampoo & tissues. Big deal, there are CVS pharmacies all over the place. (Or you...

Was a lit nicer than expected! We love Simi Valley, CA. We are trying to move there and they helped us out, so we are so ever grateful, we appreciate the patience the staff had with us, the rooms were clean, and the kids liked it there as well!
