Old school motel with a real key! The staff is friendly and informative. The service staff keep the grounds and the rooms spit shinny clean. Rooms have a micro and a small refrigerator. There is even a hair dryer, complimentary soap and shampoo/conditioner that works surprisingly well on your hair. Weekend mornings there is free coffee, a small Danish and...

I travel frequently to Soledad and have stayed many time in this hotel. I read the other reviews and found them to not be my experience. I was there in May and I made one call to the front desk and within five minutes, not hours, the noise was gone and stayed gone. I have had elderly women with me...

Stayed here for buisness. Was not impressed. Looks nice from the outside but very outdated inside. My room had french fries on the floor as well as candy (nerds) on the side of the bed between the window and also behind the door. Comforter sheets where dirty. Hopefully we won't be back to this place when we return in a...

Wow! Let me begin by saying that this place does not monitor or control disrespectful and noisy room renters. The weekend of May 15 to 17, 2015 was a horror at Soledad 8! The upstairs neighbor had the T.V. blasting at full volume past 12 midnight one night. The next night some renters had a drunken party on the premises....

The people with whom we made our reservations and who we met upon our early arrival were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean well apportioned. We were allowed to check in early (IE. 11 am) which helped our plans to hike in The Pinnacles National Park which is quite near the hotel. My wife and I both...

Four of us spent three nights here on a girls-getaway. I rated this as a no-frills motel. It is a cut above most motels in this category. The staff were very nice and were accommodating. It is ideal for anyone wanting yo visit wineries in this valley. There is not much else around here to do, other than outdoor-type activities;...

In-expensive motels can be a challenge. This one was perfect. We used it as a layover getting ready to hike the Pinnacles. Easy access, Small Clean Rooms, very polite Staff, we were in the back, upstairs, road noise was not a problem. I wish all the cheap motels across America were this way. Includes microwave and a small fridge, no...

I stayed here many times on business and was generally very happy. You will probably be happy as well, but check out the offered room first before accepting it for the night. Some have working satellite dish TV and in others it doesn't work very well. In some the AC works fine, in others not at all. And a few...
