We stayed in the upper unit. A 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. It was fabulous. Each bedroom was of adequate size. The beds were very comfortable. The entire apartment was fantastic. Large kitchen and separate eating area. It is very modern, nice appliances, plenty of light and the kitchen was very well stocked. It also has a nice covered patio, although... More

We stayed in the upper floor apartment. It was exceptionally decorated - better than most hotels. I love that it was close the the town square and a nice walk to browse the shops. A restful retreat after a day of wine tasting. One of my all time favorite places to stay anywhere. Wish I could find something like this... More

This house is so well located in the center of town. The entire house was rented with 3 separate apts with each apt has two bedrooms & two bathrooms. We had 9 people and we had the best time ever. The house is beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. Immaculate and I look forward to going back.

We traveled in early June with friends - there were two couples and we shared the upstairs rental unit. It was fantastic!! Plenty of room and a beautiful upstairs outdoor patio area that includes a sofa/chairs seating area as well as a full 6 seat dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked - all you will need for a relaxing... More

Our best friends joined us at this wonderful vacation house for a joint birthday/anniversary celebration. Unit 153 was perfect for the 4 of us, and the house is a great location just a block off Sonoma Plaza, where we easily viewed the Sonoma 4th of July parade. Our rooms were very comfortable and we liked the privacy of the back... More

Auberge Sonoma has three units. We stayed in the front two bedroom unit. The beautifully renovated two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed preparing our own breakfast and happy hour snacks (with wine of course!) in the small but well stocked kitchen. There is a small front porch, which is perfect for sipping wine in... More

Great place, incredible location, and very clean! I would definitely agree with previous reviews that the noise in the unit from other guests was horrible. Hearing someone go to the bathroom is horrendous. In addition, we are a savvy electronics family and the cable box could not be turned on. Simply put, fix it. And then you won't have to... More

Checking in on a WED in FEB, we found that (in this case) the pictures did not lie... #155 was a fine flop near our "favorite spot" in Wine Country-- The Sonoma Plaza. We were there with friends over five days and enjoyed every moment. While touring from Silverado Trail to the back country of the Russian River, the Sonoma... More

There were many positives about Auberge Sonoma - clean, convenient, and well-stocked. However, unit #153 was very loud. Not street noise, but the guests above us. We could hear every footstep, every conversation - we could even hear them using the restroom. These particular guests kept very late hours (12/30-1/2) and woke us up at various points of the night.... More

“We stayed in the penthouse. Very quiet. Downstairs units seemed perfect too.”

“Upstairs unit is very large - easily, comfortably accommodates two couples with room to spare.”

“We stayed in #153, which had 2 king BRs, each with their own baths. The unit is in the back of the house and it was nice to be off the street. Very quiet the weekend nights we were there. This a ground unit with a unit above us. We noticed some noise from the upper apartment but nothing too bad. Frankly, we spent very little time in the apartment itself.”

“We chose #155 because we had two couples traveling together and it worked great. Enough privacy for all of us. I think the rooms downstairs could probably hear us walking around, so we were glad to be upstairs.”
