Spent five nights and really enjoyed it. Great location as many have mentioned. The accommodations are very nice and quiet comfortable. Location in quiet neighborhood area is ideal for those looking looking to relax. Would definitely recommend.
Bungalows 313 was the perfect space for our friend getaway. It was nice to have a small kitchen and living space separate from the bedroom. We were able to have a small breakfast before heading out wine tasting and come back to hang out, play cards, or watch tv in the afternoon and after a night out. The outdoor area is super-nice, with tables, firepits, bocce...there are even heaters. Unfortunately, out trip timing was terrible because we were there during the record-breaking rain and weren't able to enjoy them. Next time!
Our family of 4 (and our dog) recently had a post holiday getaway with the goal of relaxing in a great space that was walking distance to most of what we wanted. Bungalows 313 was perfect for this! The design and finishes are beautiful. Thoughtful touches throughout the spaces. Everything is very high quality. The living room was also wonderful for watching movies by the fire and playing games at the dining table. And the location is perfect. The kids could walk and explore the plaza, my husband and I could walk to great wine tastings and restaurants, and we were a short drive to hikes and local stores. We all looked forward to returning back to our bungalow after each outing. We stayed in Terra, which is the first level of the main house. You can hear the footsteps of the people above you if they are running (there was a toddler) or walking in heels, but that didn't bother us and in general the stay was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend. …
Spacious and inviting room with a small patio and a kitchenette. Loved being within easy walking distance to downtown plaza area. Would definitely stay here again and I have already told friends and family about it.
One of the best places to stay in Sonoma! My friend and I went to celebrate our 50th birthdays and had the best time. The Bella room is huge (compared to the average hotel room) and the property is so cute with plenty of room to hang out. It's so close to town for shopping, wine tasting and dining. Would return here in a heartbeat the next time we're in Sonoma.
We stayed two nights at 313 in the Bella. 313 is an amazing spot. A 2 minute walk to the square, easy parking, wonderful fire pits anf fountains, and even a bocci ball pit. It is simply gorgeous. Our room was very spacious and romantic. As parents we rarely get away just the two of us and this was a great room and location to refill our romance tank! We will definitely come again but we will stay longer next time.
Bungalows 313 was perfect for our last minute getaway to Sonoma! The bungalow was exactly what we hoped it would be and the grounds were beautiful. The location from the plaza couldn't have been better!
My wife and I decided to celebrate our 42nd anniversary in Sonoma. We lived in Sonoma County during our first 5 years of marriage , and were looking forward to a bit of a walk down memory lane. Bungalows 313 was an excellent place to call "home" for our trip. We stayed in the Terra bungalow. Wow! Beautiful exposed stone walls, excellent full kitchen, comfortable rooms, and great private patios surround the bungalow. The community areas: fountains, fire pits, a grill, bocce ball, and comfortable seating areas make this place special. Did I mention it is a block from the Sonoma square? Bungalows 313 was an excellent choice! We will definitely come back...and bring our friends to experience an excellent place to to call home while we enjoy the wine, restaurants, and camaraderie that make a trip to Sonoma so special.…
313 Bungalows has become our "home away from home" for our Sonoma retreats. We stayed in the Vita cottage this time and had a very nice time. The cottage is snug, cozy, and glowing in the winter and light, airy, and shady in the warm months. It's the perfect size for my husband and me and our small dog; but roomy enough to have another couple in for and evening of dinner and drinks. The central patio is magical any time of year with its water feature, bocce court, fire pit and strings of lights in the trees. A perfect place to chat with friends and share a bottle of wine. The cottage was sparkling clean and comfortable with pleasant amenities like the wonderful smelling Bee Kind bath products, soft bathrobes, fluffy towels, welcome bottle of wine, and pillow top bed. Special kudos to Susan the property manager. We were arriving on a very hot day and I asked if housekeeping would leave the thermostat on cool for us. (We've stayed at places where the thermostat is turned off until you arrive). She assured me the cottage would be nice and cool when we arrived and it was! It was delightful to step out of the heat and into the cool and shady confines of the Vita cottage. Thanks for a great stay!…
Absolutely perfect place to stay in Sonoma. We stayed in the Luna suite and it was outstanding. The location of this property is ideal and is a short walk to downtown Sonoma and many area attractions. I couldn't recommend it more highly.
