My wife and I stayed with another couple in the Cielo suite during our recent wine country vacation. It offered a beautiful 2 bedroom and 1 1/2 baths with lovely living room, kitchen and eating area. We also enjoyed front and back balconies to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The courtyard common area is wonderful as well with Bocce Ball court, fire pits, and water element. The plants were beautiful and privacy was excellent.
You are right off Sonoma Square so you had easy access to walk to restaurants, ice cream and shops. We used this as our base of operations to explore wine country for eight days and were always happy to return home from tastings to this lovely refuge. The kitchen offers great appliances and ample items to cook and dine with. The beds were comfortable and the interior decoration perfect for the setting.
The full bath offered a great shower and a separate tub and the half bath was conveniently located across from the second bedroom.
All of us were impressed with this property and I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Sonoma and wine country. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a bag of local coffee to welcome us to this inviting space.
This trip was on my bucket list and Bungalows 313 exceeded my expectations.

The bungalow was peaceful, beautiful and inviting in it's decor. It was perfectly stocked with full kitchen, complimentary bottle of local wine, and local ground coffee. The aveda products and bathroom set up with jets in the tub were luxurious. The front outdoor patio with waterfall so peaceful. The private back yard patio was so lovely. Downtown Sonoma was down the street. There was a beautiful running/biking path outside the front door. The internet was a little spotty, but did work. We can't wait to come back. It felt private as well without a check in desk or any staff on premises unless requested.

There was considerable noise from our next door neighbors when they were outside, so it was hard to be outside when they were, and there was light construction noise during the one weekday we were there. These were small things in comparison to the sweet stay we had, and were forgiveable. The price of our nights were lowered a bit because of the construction next door, which was helpful.

We needed a place for respite, a place to chill, & relax. The unit we chose was pretty much perfect. Beautiful private back patio & well designed common outdoor spaces.

The kitchen was well stocked for cooking & for dining. The water filtration system eliminates the need for bottled water (we're strong supporters of avoiding plastic).

We visited Sonoma with a group of friends, 4 couples in total. We each stayed in a bungalow and loved the atmosphere, location, comfort, and beauty of Bungalows 313. Many amenities were provided along with a welcome bottle of wine and local coffee. Susan, the property manager, was available for any questions and even helped us out in a pinch when our car battery had died before our flight. The courtyard was beautiful with fruit trees and a fountain. There were multiple fire tables and heaters which allowed us to gather outside and stay warm. The bungalows were individually decorated and had exactly what we needed. Sonoma square was just a block away allowing us to walk to fantastic dinners each night. We met the owners one night and they were delightful. I highly recommend Bungalows 313 and will book it for any future trip to Sonoma!

313 Bungalows has become our "home away from home" for our Sonoma retreats. We stayed in the Vita cottage this time and had a very nice time. The cottage is snug, cozy, and glowing in the winter and light, airy, and shady in the warm months. It's the perfect size for my husband and me and our small dog; but roomy enough to have another couple in for and evening of dinner and drinks. The central patio is magical any time of year with its water feature, bocce court, fire pit and strings of lights in the trees. A perfect place to chat with friends and share a bottle of wine.

The cottage was sparkling clean and comfortable with pleasant amenities like the wonderful smelling Bee Kind bath products, soft bathrobes, fluffy towels, welcome bottle of wine, and pillow top bed. Special kudos to Susan the property manager. We were arriving on a very hot day and I asked if housekeeping would leave the thermostat on cool for us. (We've stayed at places where the thermostat is turned off until you arrive). She assured me the cottage would be nice and cool when we arrived and it was! It was delightful to step out of the heat and into the cool and shady confines of the Vita cottage. Thanks for a great stay!

We just returned from a four night stay in the one bedroom Vita Bungalow and I can't speak highly enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves. For once, the pictures posted online actually live up to real life! The property is gorgeous, and very well maintained and there is a lot of privacy for such a small footprint.

I really liked the turnkey experience with getting the door codes via email, it was a very easy way to arrive and get settled. Vita had everything we needed and the air conditioning was running when we arrived on a very hot day, which was really nice.

I hesitate to even mention any complaints as they sound somewhat petty (bedroom pillows are a bit thin and mushy, for example). The kitchen was very well stocked with what you need to put a nice dinner together. There was a practically new propane grill on the back patio which we used one night for steaks and fresh corn/veggies from the Tuesday evening farmer's market. Paired with one of the excellent wines we picked up on the way in to Sonoma, it was the perfect relaxing summer evening. There was also a lovely bottle of "welcome" cabernet greeting us on arrival.

Bungalows 313 is just steps away from Sonoma plaza, historic sights and plenty of wine, restaurants and boutique shopping. It's also perfectly situated for getting out to explore wineries in the region, there is so much to see within a 20 minute drive in any direction.

We are definitely looking forward to booking Bungalows 313 again, and again.

This property is beautiful and very well maintained. It has an incredible shared courtyard that is wonderful for hanging out. The location is EXCELLENT for Sonoma. It is a short 2 min walk to the Sonoma plaza but it is in a quiet and very pretty area of town.

We stayed in the Vita room. The king bedroom and bath are upstairs in a loft area with a small kitchen, dining area and living room area downstairs. The room also has a small private backyard with grill, table and chairs.

The bed and bathroom aren't luxurious but updated and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and is very clean and pretty updated as well.

The only complaint is the room did smell a little musty. It needed to be aired out and the kitchen could do with some more cleaning supplies. There was a very very old sponge and dishwasher soap. A new sponge for each guest and handsoap would be good addtions. There was a bottle of wine and coffee at check-in which is a nice touch.

Overall I highly recommend. We had a fantastic weekend and the Vita was perfect. Thank you!

We came with a group of couples and 313 is a nice option as you can enjoy the courtyard together but still have your own unit to retreat to. The location is excellent and offers privacy, but close walking distance to shops and restaurants. We stayed in Vita and it has all you need for a longer stay. The grounds here and unit patios are very well attended to by a gardener. We didn’t notice any moisture or negative cleanliness issues. Would definitely come back to 313.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Sonoma. We stayed in the Luna suite and it was outstanding. The location of this property is ideal and is a short walk to downtown Sonoma and many area attractions. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

My wife and I decided to celebrate our 42nd anniversary in Sonoma. We lived in Sonoma County during our first 5 years of marriage , and were looking forward to a bit of a walk down memory lane. Bungalows 313 was an excellent place to call "home" for our trip. We stayed in the Terra bungalow. Wow! Beautiful exposed stone walls, excellent full kitchen, comfortable rooms, and great private patios surround the bungalow. The community areas: fountains, fire pits, a grill, bocce ball, and comfortable seating areas make this place special. Did I mention it is a block from the Sonoma square? Bungalows 313 was an excellent choice! We will definitely come back...and bring our friends to experience an excellent place to to call home while we enjoy the wine, restaurants, and camaraderie that make a trip to Sonoma so special.
