We originally booked this stay at the beginning of the year, before COVID shut everything down, and they were extremely understanding with letting us rebook to a later date. We’re thrilled we were able to use our reservation for it was such a lovely weekend getaway. The inn is located in a very convenient location — just a short walk to the square. This inn goes above and beyond with the small touches in the room and provides a binder full of information for wineries and restaurants. To top it all off, each morning we received an extensive breakfast and coffee. We look forward to visiting Sonoma again and staying here.

Booked this Inn for my birthday getaway, knowing that it was within a block of the Sonoma Square. The Inn is a nice quaint facility with 5 rooms. Our room had a queen bed, little sitting area with a cafe table set, dresser and closet and bathroom with a shower. Stepping out the back door brought you to an enclosed "garden area" with another cafe table set. Each of the three rooms in our wing of the facility had the enclosed garden. Each morning a tray of fresh pastry, fruit cup, granola and yogurt with a carafe of coffee was delivered to the backdoor for our leisurely consumption.
While the facility sits right off the street our room was exceedingly quiet with no noise intrusion from the street.
We will be going back for future wine tasting trips to Sonoma Valley.

Our family had 2 rooms; one a private oasis with French doors that opened to a private lush garden area and the other a 2 room suite. Parking on site. Breakfast was part of the deal for 1 room and it was delivered right to the garden setting; blueberry muffins, fresh fruit, carafe of coffee and juice, waffles another day. The Inn is 1/2 block from the town square with restaurants and tasting rooms. What a gem!

We stayed at An Inn 2 remember just one night in the Jasmine room. We live in San Francisco and visit Sonoma rather often. This particular time we decided to overnight there. And it was an absolutely great stay. We loved everything in this charming place: location, privacy, beautiful, elegant room decoration full of European charm and taste,
tasty breakfast. If you are visiting California and planning to tour wineries I highly recommend to stay at this inn to experience the wine country ambiance.

We stayed at the Inn 2 Remember for one night and can highly recommend it. We stayed in the Wisteria Suite which was perfect for us, very quiet, private, and full of charm. It was nice to have a separate little living room with armchairs and a table to play cards on and a tea-light fireplace for coziness. The bathroom is large and has a wonderful two-person jacuzzi tub. Having breakfast delivered was lovely and added to the privacy and romance. There's also a sweet balcony at the back with chairs and a table and bench for warm days. We would definitely return and I'd like to come back when the wisteria is in bloom early summer! We had a wonderful dinner at the Girl and the Fig and lunch next day in the courtyard of the El Dorado restaurant. The location of the inn is ideal as it's very close to Sonoma Plaza but not actually on it, so it was both quiet and convenient. We enjoyed two long walks around Sonoma admiring the old style houses and pretty gardens. We'll be back for sure!

Going to do Pros and Cons, but start with the Cons.
CONS- 1. We had a 3 night reservation, had the 'Do not disturb" door hanger on the entire time and the plaque in the room says housekeeping isn't available and towels are in the communal area and to call if you need anything else. On Saturday (day 2), I was hanging in the room while husband was showering around 10am. I saw the door handle move up and thought maybe a guest was going in the wrong room (although only 2 rooms inside the main bldg) then about 2 minutes later, keys go in and they are unlocking, I yell "someone is in here" and they go sorry. Ummmm, ever hear of knocking before trying to enter a guest room? Very unprofessional and disturbing. 2. Shower was hurting for water pressure and there were 3 containers of products in the shower, but only 1 labeled, we didn't use any. 4.There is a lot of street noise if you are in the Rose Garden room even with a fan and sound machine, but we survived. 5. Parking if you have a large car or not great at maneuvering tight areas, but off the street parking is a plus.

PROS! - Super cute place with a communal area with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was really presented beautifully and delivered to right outside your room. Danish, fresh fruit, yogurt and delicious coffee. LOCATION! Walking distance to the square and all the great tasting rooms, shopping and restaurants, Whole Foods, CVS, 7/11, etc. And last but not least the king size bed in the room was so comfortable with high quality linens and towels. There is a small courtyard in the front of the building perfect for an afternoon snack and glass of wine for the 2 rooms that are in the main bldg.

There was zero contact at this B&B so we didn't see any staff and we are totally fine with that. We would 100% stay here again if we are in the area.

We stayed for two nights & highly recommend. It is very close to the plaza, shopping and markets. It is perfect for Covid because they arrange for no contact entry, and serve the breakfast on the back porch so you don’t have to make any contact. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They are lovely owners and it is such a beautiful property

Just had a 3 night stay at this beautiful inn in the Rose Room. This is the second time we’ve stayed here (the first time ~5 years ago) and if ever in the area again we would book here again with no hesitation. Rooms are very comfortable with the most comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. Bathroom with walk in shower was great. Breakfasts were delivered to your room each AM at 830 and were different and delicious daily. They also have a fridge available for you to store any food and start serving freshly brewed coffee at 7AM.

Excellent location near the Sonoma plaza, yet still quiet. Lovely little garden areas for relaxing. Breakfasts delivered to your back door are amazing. You can sit and enjoy in the private garden area while relaxing in the robes provided.
My only comments for improvement are minor, being an owner of a vacation rental for many years....actual cream for the common area coffee would be nice; another shelf in the bathroom for toiletries; label the bath gel versus shampoo dispensers; get the carpets cleaned (stained and worn); and fix the belt loops on the lovely robes provided.

We had a wonderful stay at An Inn 2 Remember! The location was perfect, just off of the Sonoma plaza and we were able to walk to fantastic restaurants after full days of wine tasting. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and the linens were amazing. the bathroom was small but beautifully appointed. Thank you to Alice and Paolo for a great stay!

Hi Alicia, I too highly recommend An Inn 2 Remember if you need a great place to stay. It's right off the Square with lots of restaurants, the Sonoma Cheese factory (they actually make cheeses) and the bakery!! But if you're staying with Alice know she 'll be creating a terrific breakfast for you. I'd suggest you google Sonoma wine tasting and find out all the options you have for wine tasting. There are a lot of different ways to visit wineries. There are bus, bicycle, limo and private tours. There is also a wine train. Then ask the folks where you are staying with for their personal favorites. It's helpful to know what wineries you are interested in or the kind of wine you like.I f you have no preference I'd like to suggest at least one of the large wineries and a coupe of small, lesser visited ones. Your experiences will be quite different, especially on the weekends. P.S.I grow wine grapes in Paso Robles and have family history in Sonoma) I hope you enjoy Sonoma, it's a wonderful place.
