the room was just ok. The air conditioner was loud. the sink leaked, the toilet didn't flush correctly. and the bar was not inviting. the most expensive drink I have ever had for barely a shot of liquor. and the bartender was not friendly.

As a seasoned traveller who likes home comforts I can highly recommend the Hilton Gardens Inn. The welcome on arrival and ease of check in was a wonderful start. The lobby area has complimentary fresh juice, tea/ coffee, a roaring fire and freshly baked cookies to refresh guests. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable- a brilliant nights...

- Gym needs updating to more modern equipment - need better treadmill. - Restaurant needs more better menu. - no where to eat dinner - clean and comfy beds - furniture dated - good coffee in the morning at the lobby

It does everything you need, great friendly staff, easy access, loads of free parking... I stayed here with my girlfriend while visiting San Francisco, its affordable and as we had a car rented the 20-25min drive to San Fran was easy It is very isolated so if you don't have a car avoid, there isn't even a coffee shop nearby...

Typical HGI hotel, standard breakfast but with friendly service. Rooms are standard, parkign is very convenient and free. WiFi is good, cookies on arrival is nice touch. Elevator is small and slow, but adequate if you are not in a hurry

Clean, comfortable rooms close to San Fran Int'l Airport. Shuttle to airport is an awesome feature. Beware, breakfast in lobby is at additional cost. You can also use Hilton Honor points to buy it. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room that is not right next to the elevator. You can hear it going up and down...

I keep coming back because the team at this hotel are welcoming, responsive and well informed. My room is always comfortable and it is great to have the microwave and fridge. Shuttle service is a big plus!

We were not going to the airport, but stayed here because we were going to have a late night in SF and didn't want to drive all the way home. Whilst the hotel itself could probably do with a refurbishment and its location isnt the best, rooms are decent sized and beds are comfortable. As with most Hiltons the in room heating/cooling is far too noisy and just cant be left on when sleeping. However, staff are very friendly and hospitable and provide excellence service.

This hotel was great! We were greeted promptly at the front desk, the rooms were good too. The only concern we had was the heating. We found the rooms very cold and couldn't seem to warm up even with the slightly outdated heating system. That aside, the hotel is a great option for those that are willing to take the...
