Our family stopped here on the way to the park. Don't let the exterior sway you this is a nice place. Seems the rooms have been updated recently. Although the rooms are in the small size, they are clean, comfortable beds, nice 3 piece bathroom, wifi and cable tv. There is a pool and outdoor area although being New Years...

Clean, comfortable, friendly and inexpensive. Rolled in after dark and stopped off on a whim...it's a small tiny town, but the front desk guy was nice, the room was clean and cheap..they had breakfast the next morning but we were out early. Don't expect the ritz, but it's way better than Motel 6!

If you just need a night to park the campervan and get some sleep then this place is perfectly fine. The service is very friendly and helpful. Amenities are basic but there is a nice pool and a basic bbq area with shade. There is also a shop nearby and fuel if you need it.

This simple roadside hotel is pleasant enough. The rooms are a little small for the beds, but comfortable. The small swimming pool is a welcome addition on a hot day. The breakfast area was appreciated. On the down side there is little attention given to guests. We were not given to wifi password on our arrive, nor could we get...

Stayed here two nights this July. Was looking for a clean, budget, convenient motel near Kings Canyon Park. Per those criteria, I give it 5 stars. Wifi is excellent, has a swimming pool, very adequate continental breakfast and room AC. The room was clean and small, just what I was looking for. Can't comment on thinness of walls, as there...

Needs a makeover. I read the other reviews and people have to remember not everyone wants to think a pet has been on the bed and not everyone has a horse! We had a front roadside room and the walls are paper thin. Loud snoring one side and a drunk with his TV blaring the other side. So no sleep,...

If you are looking for a nice destination or layover stop, this is it. And if you have an RV they have camping spots as well as the motel! And they have a feed store for all your horsey needs.... Quaint and homey feel. And you will not find a more accommodating staff... We will be back

New owners have a new vision and are very animal friendly. This is not your average hotel and rooms are small but this is in a small country town. Other amenities that large hotels don't have this hotel does like a communal fire pit and BBQ area. Meeting and enjoying different people/guests is what traveling is all about, not sitting...

Rooms are simple but allow pets including place to house your horse. Great little cabana to have a BBQ or sit by the fire pit. Also have a very clean pool. This is not a Hilton or Sheraton but for the price and the friendliness of owner/management there is nothing better in area.

Worst ever - do not stay here/ please view all comments of others as well. Ants, ants, and ants complete room inundated with ants, with no exaggeration thousands! Everything needs help, dirty, tired, lousy, bathroom shower floor broken through. Don't even stop if this is the last place - stay in your car. ISN'T WORTH $.01 DRIVE AS FAST AS...
