I have been coming to this hotel for a few years mainly because they offer Tesla super chargers. The new renovation looks great. Staff are always nice. Adam at the front is friendly and willing to help. Location is the best. Will keep coming back.

The location was great! It was close to the airport, we visited family in Trulock, the Diamond nut store, and Yosemite National Park. The beds were very comfortable. However, the doors were loud to close and we could hear conversations in the hallway. The convention in town kept us from sleeping in most days, a luxury we were looking forward to on our vacation. The clientele was friendly, as was the staff. Airline staff used this hotel. You should be Hilton honors members to take advantage of the free buffet breakfast. The bar and grill had a limited menu, but the chicken pecan salad was so delicious and a large portion! The front desk and restaurant staff all knew us and made sure we had everything we needed, from extra coffee to room service. The Starbucks staff was equally welcoming and kind. The gym was great! Treadmills, bikes, free weights, a resistance machine, and floor mats. Disinfectant wipes and clean towels were available. Clean headphones could be checked out at the front desk. We didn't try the pool and spa. Thanks to Diana, Henry, and the rest of the staff. I'm sorry I don't recall all their names. We will return!

The stay was great! Highlight of each day was the morning breakfast with Diana as our waitress! She was easy to joke around with and made the mornings enjoyable for what could be otherwise mundane for business travel. Great personality and service for a great stay!

Sheri was amazing and her high level of hospitality made me and my wife feel special. The Hilton is not only very nice, but the Front desk Agent Sheri was very friendly and made us feel welcome. She recognized my Hilton status which I never do, in fact I forgot I was Gold! We were not looking for anything special but somewhere to sleep since I knew it was Saturday night and probably were close to sold out but we got upgraded which was super nice!! Those little details saved my day on having a great weekend with my wife and the fact I didn’t do my part in this trip all that was forgiven! Free Parking & Hot breakfast is $15 which is not bad at all! The rate however wasn’t bad knowing it was last minute reservation on a Saturday. Thank you again Sheri!!!

There's an old saying "you get what you pay for" The price for a stay at Hilton is a deal when you consider the brand-new renovated rooms, the hot breakfast buffet, and most important the outstanding customer service which is evident when you arrive. Both Adam & Trena were amazing, Adam Upgraded me to an executive suite on the top floor and Trina Was able to get me checked in before noon. These individuals helped make a great experience with Hilton, we would certainly stay here again.

Not a bad place. Plenty to eat and do within walking distance. Hotel is nice too, they just renovated. Staff is great, Angelica was nothing but helpfull and sweet to us and made the experience that much more memorable. Shout out to her and the staff for their professionalism and care.

Trina Sin, the Front Desk Manager at the Hilton Stockton, could not have been more amazing! Our company had a large group of executives traveling through Stockton recently. I made a booking on the Hilton Group booking site and received what I believe to be confirmation of my booking for 19 rooms. On the Sunday before our visit, I stopped by the hotel to confirm everything was in order. Unfortunately I was told none of these bookings had been passed along, nor booked. With only 3 days before our trip, I was highly concerned. Trina Sin was working the desk and instead of just telling me it wasn't done, quickly pivoted to work on getting me what I needed booked. Within 15 minutes, Trina fixed the problem and got our bookings in the system. She also did her best to ensure the room type was reserved for all our guest to matched the original request. From there, she remained in regular email contact with me, and on the day of the visit, had all of our groups keys ready and labeled when we arrived at the hotel. Trina Sin's actions helped to ensure our group had a extremely smooth and comfortable visit with zero issues. It's rare to see someone jump into action so quickly to solve a customers issue rather than just say "I'm sorry". The rooms at the Stockton Hilton were all recently renovated and we had an enjoyable stay in Stockton. Thank you Trina Sin!

I checked in at 3pm after a long trip from Maryland. I was placed in a corner room on the fourth floor. The room was nice and quiet at first. Around 4:00pm the sound of a hammer drill being used on the walls in the room next door started. At 6:00pm I finally went to the front desk to complain and then made a call to Hilton Honors to lodge a formal complaint. Who the hell allows renovation work to start in the evening of what is supposed to be a nicer hotel? Can’t wait to see the excuse that gets posted to this review. Never again…

I have addressed the issues with the contractor who was not supposed to be working into the evening. There was no excuse for this.
