We stay only for one night (what a mistake!!) we would stay forever. Our room (enchanted) was really nice, new bathroom, comforatable bed, quiet, and really friendly service. The owner offered in the evening some wine and appetizers to the guests. Privet access to the beach. Perfect to relax, enjoy and forget the troubles of the city. Totally recomendable.

You don't get a room, you get a suite that is private, comfy, cozy, clean and each cottage has it's own has a unique theme. The bed and chairs are comfortable, the linens top-notch, the toiletries and shower are great. Wine (etc) in the evening and an amazingly delicious assortment of freshly made breakfast items (from muffins and breads to...

We enjoyed two nights here this July 2016. We arrived early. Early check in was not available. A shame but not their fault. After a pleasant trip out around Tahoe City we returned and booked into our room. Parking is not right next to the cabins so you will need to wheel your cases around a hundred yards or so...

My wife and I had the benefit of staying at the Cottage Inn this past week. It was beautiful, relaxing, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. This was our first time staying at North Lake Tahoe, as we usually visit the south shore. We had a wonderful time and were surprised at the number of attractions, restaurants, and the calming...

When I go on vacation I like to have a lot of time to relax, read, meditate and rejuvenate. The cottage inn is just the place to do this. The Hunter's Lodge was small but charming. The breakfasts were just fabulous and from 5 to 7 each night you can enjoy wine and light snacks. The open courtyard of the...

Money well spent! They do not cater to children under 12, which it made the stay quiet & peaceful. We stayed in the Sierra Siesta room where the balcony provided lake view through pine trees. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included and surprisingly fresh and satisfying. We did not have a chance to enjoy their Happy...

We stayed in the Evergreen Heaven cottage which is a shady, quiet location with access to the beach. Breakfast was delightful, and different every morning that we were there. Staff could not be more accommodating.

This property reminds me of Geppetto's Village, from my Disney Days. The Cottages are something out of Europe and so well maintained inside and out. Very quiet with mostly couples visiting. Wonderful property to relax at. The breakfast has changed to a buffet but if you are not a carnivore the choices are plenty. I would suggest that they cook...

We have passed this inn many times but finally booked a visit. We stayed in the Tahoe Teepee room which is one of their economy lodge type rooms. It was very cozy with a gas fireplace and a partial view of Lake Tahoe. The building had a porch with willow furniture to sit on. Many are located around a center...

Great place! The people are friendly and so happy to help make suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Our cabin, Hunters Hideaway was clean and decorated very nice. It is heated with a fireplace. We were quite comfortable. The bathroom was small but served our needs with a nice sized shower and all the needed soaps, shampoos...
