The rooms are not as clean as they been in the past. The manager at the restaurant needs to be fired . She called the cops on a group that we knew that was not doing anything wrong . Then bought the cops to are table because she felt we may not pay are bill. Hid behind the cops would not speak to us. I would not give this place a penny. We have been going there for 9 years for a golf tournament. Worst experience ever. I would give them a 0 if I could

Hotel's Favourite
We have visited the Temecula Creek Inn again, this time with a group of friends and colleagues to celebrate a birthday and the coming New Year. All was as good as before, in April, the comfort of the rooms, the views of the golf fields and the mountains from the balcony, the welcoming warmth of the swimming pool. Even a welcoming (unexpected) bottle of Champagne in the room for the returning guests. The Cork and Fire Kitchen was again excellent for dinner and breakfast . A very highly recommended place to stay for a couple of days For those who want to loose some money and to have fun, Pechanga Casino is only 5 minutes away and if you do not want to risk driving after a good dinner with wine, there is a Shuttle to and back

POSITIVES Beautifully landscaped grounds. Professional and courteous staff upon arrival. Dining at the restaurant that was a short walk from our room, was excellent. A little pricey, but exceptional. A great view of the golf course. NEGATIVES The rooms were rather disgusting. Poor lighting, with worn and outdated furnishings. Never thought when I booked the room to ask if it had a bath tub. Were disappointed upon arrival that it only had a shower. The shower which appeared to be some sort of an attempt at a curbless shower, had old worn out stained tiles that failed to keep water in the shower from flowing out on to the bathroom floor. The shower head was of cheap plastic and was mounted too low to be able to get under neath it. You had to hand hold it in order to shower your self. The curtain would not remain closed, and was hard to manage with one hand, while holding the shower head. It also hung a few inches short of the floor, so water traveled past it out onto the main bathroom floor. The bigger problem aside form walking around on a wet floor was there were no hooks or places to secure the cloths you were taking off, or putting on. Unless you placed them on the floor, where they would get wet. The exhaust fan was ether not working, or it had too little power to keep the room moisture down. The room became almost instantly a steam room. Very unpleasant for the first person showering, and more so for the second person. No back up towels, or blankets. Poor coffee maker, and we had to call to get additional supplies. The room temperature was hard to control, and the heat/air unit was so loud it was hard to sleep. One of the phones was not working. No bottled water or other "Feel good" perks one usually finds in a hotel room. We had traveled from CT and planned to stay for our whole trip, but decided to leave for a more comfortable place. We had expected something a little better at a $240 a night price point.

Overall A great resort. The staff at Cork & Fire were especially friendly, and welcomed our dog that we had with us on the patio. Rooms were nothing special but very clean comfy. Grounds are beautiful.

Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided, was not provided any kind of early check in. I had called prior to my stay and was told it would be tough to get in a couple hours early so I showed up 15 minutes prior and still a room was not available. Staff were friendly enough but felt it was some sort of company policy since it had been ridiculously suggested to me to reserve an extra stay for the night prior in order to have to two hours prior to check in. I was officiating a wedding and therefore those 15 minutes made a huge difference. For the price point (approx. $250 a night) and "prestige" I felt more would be done to provide assistance but this was not the case. Additionally, there were issues found with the shower a little over an hour prior to check out time. Maintenance had to come to the room to repair. When late checkout was requested, thirty minutes were given. Rushed shower prior to check out is always a great way to leave a resort.
