What a gem we came upon on our coastal trip from Seattle to S. F. Turtle Rocks Inn is unassuming from the street but once inside it's spacious and the views are incredible. The proprietors were really helpful with information about the area. We had the "small room," which I think was around 600 sq ft! It has a cozy...

My husband and I needed a holiday just to ourselves. We stayed at the Inn and left feeling recharged and rejuvenated. Simply by sleeping well in terrific beds with a perfect view and amazing food. The walks in the Redwood National Forest, wildlife watching, sunset watching and wine helped as well. Great time and the owners are very hospitable, gracious...

We became repeat visitors after our first stay here. We just got back a few weeks ago from another awesome stay here at Turtle Rocks Inn. First of all, you can't beat the views. Patricks Point Bay, and the huge boulder. They provide great sunset views. My wife awoke very early in the morning on our most recent stay to...

In fact, full marks for just about everything. This is a cool and laid back inn with a wonderful view from every room and from the garden. The pace of life is one of calm, nothing too hurried but nothing is too much trouble for Roger or Francine either. The inn's video on the web site does not do justice,...

Just stayed one night in this lovely cosy b@b on the cliff tops overlooking Patricks Point bay just above Trinidad. Roger @ Francisco were most welcoming and we had chosen a first floor room which was huge and had spectacular views. We watched a stunning sunset from our private deck. They offered us tea, coffee and cold drinks on arrival along...

"If you dont like the weather, just wait a few minutes" ( Mark Twain). Creamy-grey morning mists, hazy rock outlines behind the sea fret rolling in off the Pacific, warm sun by mid-morning, hot afternoons, and chill, autumnal evenings, that's Trinidad in September. The barking of the sea lions is distant and muffled at daybreak, hard and distinct by sunset. The smell...

Nice cozy stop on our coastal tour. The room was spacious and relaxing and Francine was a great hostess. I hope there wasn't a webcam aimed at the cookie plate because I hate to think of how many I ate. We also took the owners recommendation on where to dine and appreciate their wonderful recommendation. The Larrupin, which is just...

I can't say enough about the excellent accomodations here. Roger and Francine were truely wonderful hosts. Our room was amazing; with anything you could possibly want or need available. Every room has an amazing view..complete with binoculars if you forgot yours! The sound of crashing waves and sea lions were the only thing you heard. Very peaceful setting. The food...

Best of the best for B&B`s! Pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! The most laid back area of Northern California. The hosts were truely masters at their craft. Running a B&B takes special people. Roger and Francine are just that. The views and sounds of seals were truely relaxing. Room was large, clean and comfy. The breakfast...

Amazing to sit in your room & listen to barking Sea Lions, hear the surf and relax! Hosts were great and offered beverages throughout your stay and fresh baked goods & more for breakfast! Very close to Trinidad which was really cute & had some great restaurants and harbot. Would recommend to others.
