Ruth, her family and the rotating cast of characters made an unforgettable vacation. When I arrived not feeling well Ruth whipped up some home remedies for me and even accomodated a trip into town to get some meds. Being a more a smaller ranch we had some flexibility in the schedule that you don't get at a large ranch with...

The variety was amazing. There was any level of horse riding you could do, plus various ways of eating to go with it. We had breakfast in the main cabin when we arrived, then a bbq lunch before an afternoon trail ride. The next day was a ride out to a stream to have a cowboy breakfast. The better riders...

It was my pleasure to bake our famous "Crazy Cake" for your son's birthday...gooey chocolate at its best! I hope your family will join us again to enjoy the hayride with Duke and Daisy, our new Belgium team, and s'mores at the bonfire that was missed this time around. Have a great rest of the year! I came here for a backpacking trip. I wanted someplace to flop before hitting the trail. I have to say I'm surprised at the handful of nasty reviews. The place is rustic, but charming. I can't wait to bring my kids back! My daughter loves horses and my son loves hiking. This place has a ton of things to do....

Looking forward to having your family come back with you. Mike! Then you will get to taste my awesome food not just the coffee! General Rommel, our rescue German Shepherd, is very friendly, but big cause he loves FOOD! His new wrinkle is chasing & jumping for bubbles...watch for his video soon! Take care.... It is with a heavy heart that I write this review... So much potential here and so much to like ... But to be fair and make sure that people know what to expect when they book a stay here I will be brutally honest... Coffee creek ranch seems to be well past its prime, woefully understaffed and run -down....

Thank you for your constructive criticism which we take very seriously. The following changes you addressed have been made: the German Shepherd in question has been put down due to failing health; the fulltime housekeeper hired, had a family emergency and could not report to work till the following week; we are doing extensive remodeling at present time to the...

I can't say enough great things about this ranch. It was amazing! We visited the Dude Ranch Aug 2013 for a week. We have traveled all over the world and this vacation was by far one of our best. Three years later and my kids still talk about how much fun they had. The ranch is beautiful with streams and...

Coffee Creek Ranch is truly a gem and if you ever get a chance to go there, take your time and try to experience everything the ranch offers! I have been there three times now and have my next trip booked for the beginning of the summer. It's not like any other vacation us "city folk" would ever expect, and...

I found this ranch to suit me 100%. I expect rustic surroundings when I book a place that is 100 yrs old or more. I found my cabin to be clean, warm and cozy. A group of us had the chance to stay at the ranch last August with the expectation of a horseback ride, steak dinner, hay ride and bonfire.
