Stayed here on a combined trip with work colleagues and friends using the conference facilities and skiing. Excellent standard luxury rooms and food great, filling and plentiful. Perhaps lacking in the fine details of some metropolitan hotels but not in any way disappointed. The most amazing thing was the level of service especially the concierge / parking / mountain concierge/front...

We just got back from 3 nights in Tahoe and stayed in a King Mountain View room on the Club Floor. I highly recommend upgrading to the Club Floor! The food and service were beyond any other Ritz Carlton we've stayed at. They serve a full, hot breakfast lunch and dinner and have a full open bar, wine, champagne, coffee,...

Very poor food and the ambient temperature of the communal rooms cold. Very expensive bar and very expensive parking - booking.com said parking was free. This was not the case and no discount for 7 days. Exceptionally poor compared to other ritz carltons .

A gorgeous, sumptuous hotel, in keeping with the surrounding area. Stayed with my daughter while on a cross-country road trip (returning to the East Coast from college in California). The location is breathtaking -- affording wonderful views from every area of the hotel. We booked a suite to ensure that we both had a decent sleep, and were relieved that...

It was our first time visiting the Ritz Carlton-North Lake Tahoe and it will not be our last. What a great 3 nights on Club Level with the best snow conditions ever. A true winter wonderland. The staff was amazing, Matt, Tomas and TJ were great host for the concierge club, in fact everyone that we encountered on property was...

Very disappointed in many aspects of our stay. In particular the service and lack of follow-up on issues. Instead of confronting the issues and owning up to the mistakes, they were ignored completely. I had to pester the service desk until a resolution was decided. The hotel lost our reservation and tried to blame us for the issue. It took multiple...

Excellent Hotel. Ski in - ski out. Good for the kids. Nice hot tub and spa. Good food and excellent rooms. The staff is really nice. If you go to Tahoe - North Star this is the best place to stay. Go for it.

From the time we arrived at the valet to checkout, the hotel staff was great! The ladies at the kids club were excellent! The restaurants was excellent along with the staff! The mid-mountain ski-in/ski-out was excellent and the room view was also excellent. Only down of course would be the hotel $$$$....but I guess that comes with the type of...

Couldn't be more impressed by the kind greeting by the valets and bell hops. They were so patient and careful with all our luggage and skis. Same with leaving, they packed up our car and Thule for us with great care. The mountain concierge made getting on the slopes very easy and hassle free. The manager Paul R. was so...
