We had failed to make advance reservations when traveling through Northern California on a Saturday night - BIG mistake because all of our preferred choices further south were booked except for a couple of $300-$500/night rooms, which we were not willing to pay - especially since these were NOT at 5-star resorts but simply ordinary budget-type motels trying to gouge...

Hotel selection in Northern California seems to be either very expensive or so inexpensive that I'm afraid to stay a night. Coming back from Avenue of the Giants towards San Francisco, we decided to stay in Ukiah and found the Quality Inn. We got a king, non-smoking for the same price as a double, and it included breakfast. I have...

I was planning to stay at the Comfort Inn, where I usually land when in Ukiah, but they gave me some unappealing options--a suite, a smoking room--so I headed to the next hotel in the Choice Group, the Quality Inn. The manager gave me directions over the phone and it's very easy to find. I don't usually stay in places...

Stayed one night on our way up to Seattle. Came in late, found that the manager was open to a little negotiation (it helped that they weren't full and it was after 8pm - a tricky position for me to be in for sure). Stayed in a 2 queen suite and found it very clean and nice. Small room for...

I was at this hotel for 4 days, it is located on a main street, but very quiet for an overnight vacation. Good breakfast to start your day, friendly and courteous hotel staff, location wise I will say most of the places were in a walking distance. My room was on second floor which perfect in all respect except old...

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, which pleasantly was just as happily received as the first :) Both times now the hotel has been very clean and quiet. Situated close enough to stroll from the hotel and was allowed to leave my car even after checking out. The fromt desk service is wonderful! Very kind,...

We had started the weekend with Days Inn & due to the nightmare moved the next day to Quality Inn. Oh my Gosh!!! What a difference (they are also pet friendly). It had been a long day & we had missed the brunch we were suppose to go to because of the Days Inn mess. We got to Quality aprox....

My battery died on me after I checked out and ready to depart. Randy at front desk was very helpful in contacting the auto service and allowed me to stay in the room while waiting for the tow truck. He even checked if I had water to drink on a hot day.

This was such a great find. We were skeptical of the reviews but Randy and Jag made our stay at Ukiah a fabulous one. We were in town for a wedding and weren't used to the heat and didn't know what activities to do around town. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the town. There are many restaurants...

While the property is technically a motor-inn motel, it has been completely renovated. New beds, carpets, paint, bathroom -- everything is new, modern, clean, and comfortable. This property is truly a diamond in the rough! Couldn't have asked for a better stay. This is how all Quality Inns should look like.
