Excellent service. Clean and tidy rooms and public areas. Staff friendly and helpful. The service of meals and seating in the dining area covering Covid restrictions was amazing. The only negative was that there was no valet service but that wasn't the fault of the hotel that was just another Covid restriction.

A perfect stay over Easter and so easy to access the RAS show. Room was very clean and plenty of handy appliances. View, from the room windows, was superb. The lounge was a relaxing place to join friends for a drink.

This is more of a midscale rather than a premium rated hotel. The carpets are worn in some areas, the bathroom is tired and needs a reno. The shower tiles are stained. The reception area is very small and basic. Having said that, the bed is wonderfully comfortable and the staff are lovely.

Stayed for the Bacar Restaurant Italian night, the ambiance and energy of the night with the quality of the food and service was spot on. Then stayed another night with more good food and service, then to top it off I got to see the Bunnies beat East's! Great stay.
