My experience was excellent, I chose to stay at the Whitmore after they hosted a post memorial service gathering for my family. The Inn was charming, quiet and clean. The host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Do the mattresses at this inn appear to be on the newer side? Are they firm or those mushy "pillowtop" type? Bad backs want to know! LOL

It seemed newer to us. I have had 2 back surgeries and I was comfortable on the bed we had, which is saying a lot since we have gone through 4 beds in 2 years at home trying to find something I can sleep on. ;-)
