We enjoyed our short, two-night stay at the Laurel Inn this past week. The owners, John & Lucy, have built a nice little apartment in the back of their house, that is a perfect little piece of paradise. Most of the other reviews have covered the amenities: very spacious, with a separate living area and bedroom, on different floors; beautiful...

John and Lucy, owners of Laurel Inn, do a great job at making one feel at home. Plenty of space and all amenities along being walking distance to attractions, shopping, and restaurants are a few of the positives. And John and Lucy are gracious hosts.

My two teenage daughters and I stayed at the Laurel Inn over Labor Day weekend (Sept 2013) and had a fabulous time. The girls were a little apprehensive about staying at someone's house as it was their first time but once they saw that we had our own little apartment in the back with a separate entrance, they were very...

We stayed two nights and wish it could be much longer. Totally comfortable, super spacious, great location and well supplied with everything. We didn't have parking problems, even though parking on the street with special permission card. If you have a lot of luggage, it's a little challenging since the B&B is on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

We stayed at the Laurel Inn this past Labor day weekend for 2 nights. Lucy and John were fantastic. They have what is essentially a guest house in their backyard. The first floor is Lucy's office/garage which is locked off, second floor is a fabulous bar, kitchen/dining area. Third floor is the bedroom, which is enormous. There are 2 full...

Lucy and John's Bed-and-Breakfast is located in a green and quiet neighborhood of West Hollywood. Public transport is only a short walk away. We had a rental car and parking was available on the street close to the BnB. The BnB itself is extremely spacious and very nice. So are the hosts! We wish all the Inn-keepers were like Lucy...

John and Lucy were excellent hosts during my all-too-short stay back in February just before Valentine's Day. Couldn't have asked for a better location -- walking distance from Santa Monica Boulevard, quiet neighborhood with ample parking, and a nice view of the Hollywood sign and the downtown skyline from the rooftop. Everything was very clean and comfortable, the apartment was...

We stayed at Laurel Inn for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The accommodation is very comfortable and extremely spacious. It's spread out over two floors - there are two bathrooms, a lounge/kitchen, bedroom, walk-in closet, two balconies and a roof terrace where you have 360 degree views, including the Hollywood sign in the distance. The kitchen is also fully...

What a find ! We were within walking distance of everything we needed - grocery stores, farmer's market, coffee shops, and shopping ! This was a perfect retreat with a rooftop view over the Hollywood Hills. John and Lucy welcomed us warmly and we felt right at home - it is nice to have a refuge with easy parking and...
