The owners welcomed us with smiles and a lot of kindness.
The farmhouse is very beautiful with a very pleasant garden and swimming pool surrounded by large trees.
Very large room with impeccable bathroom.
Very comfortable and very clean bedding.
Small catering service in the evening on the terrace with dishes prepared by the owner:
fish soup, different salads and charcuterie platters, all very well prepared and served with a smile and calm. Very pleasant.
We stayed 3 nights and were delighted with our stay.

My partner ran from London to Barcelona with Parkinsons and we stopped her en route in June. We instantly loved the welcome, accommodation, pool, grounds and food. The rooms were just delightful with everything you would need and towels were provided for the pool. The pool was warm and the grounds are so beautiful. Christine and Christian were fabulous hosts and were so helpful and kind. We left early (3.30am) to beat the heat for running, so thought we would miss breakfast but to our surprise they made up a wonderful picnic breakfast for us which was so lovely of them. So we had to come back in June and the welcome was amazing again. Everything here is perfect and we have stayed in 34 different locations so we have a lot of experience. We would not hesitate in going back.

We spent a week (longer than most people) at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. We like the intimacy of small hotels and this one, run by Sebastian and his wife Christine gave the opportunity to get to know them a little, something that was helped by my husband's very good French. Our room in the building opposite the main house was rather small but charming with French doors opening on to the garden. The weather was hot and the super-efficient and quiet air-conditioning very welcome. We also had a kettle and a fridge which enabled us to make tea!
Breakfast on the terrace was limited in choice but entirely adequate. We ate three times at the hotel in the evening (once with friends) but wished the food had been slightly more interesting and higher quality. The swimming pool was clean and delightful with a wonderful flower border down one side. The limited outside seating areas were attractive. There is a large private car park for the hotel. The only downside as far as I was concerned were the mosquitos, possibly because of the river nearby or perhaps the swimming pool. We would return.

Lovely building, and impeccable room with attentive and really friendly hoteliers. A little more: dogs are welcome ...
The tapas trays are quality and largely replace a meal...

First, the positive: The house is of a lovely architecture, well maintained, spotlessly clean, and located on beautiful grounds. There is ample free parking - always a plus in France.
The negative: My husband and I booked a triple room because we weren't sure we'd get a good night sleep in a queen sized bed and wanted the option of an additional twin sized one. However, the owner took it upon her to "upgrade" us to a room with a single queen bed without asking for our permission first. We got to the fully booked hotel with no other choice but to agree to the new arrangement. I did not like that one bit. She offered to move us into the triple the following day, but we didn't want the hassle.
I didn't care for the owners (or managers, whatever they were), especially her husband, who looked utterly bored with his job. He was barely pleasant, unlike the hosts at the numerous hotels and B and Bs we've been to in France. I will never go back, that's for sure.

We arrived in Ceret to spend time with Family in Calmeilles just a twenty minute drive up the mountain,
We have not travelled much in France and our french is fairly non-existent, and the owners English was as good as our french, but boy they really looked after us. Encouraging our stumbling attempts at french, coupled with great hospitality and the tapas and wine was superb.
We stayed for two nights, and can also say the breakfast was excellent.
A perfect location for visiting our family but also exploring Ceret and the surrounding area. We will definitely be back.

We stayed three days on vacation, two grandparents and our eight-year-old granddaughter. The hotel is an authentic, beautiful farmhouse surrounded by trees and flowers, with a superb swimming pool, a terrace under umbrellas for breakfast which was excellent, a river where you can swim below of the hotel. Our room Le NĆ©flier, with a large bathroom and a small terrace, was magnificent and very clean. The owners are really friendly. I had lost a piece of jewelry and Christine went out of her way to look everywhere for it. After we left, she sent me back a comb that I had forgotten. Thank you to the owners of Le Mas Trilles for this wonderful stay.

Very nice place with a warm and personal welcome. The owners were very careful with us. Breakfast full of attention and a pool just perfect. Really beautiful and unique corner. We went twice with my five-year-old son. We tried two different rooms and they are all perfect and very beautiful. I highly recommend and look forward to seeing you again

We had already stayed at this Pension two years ago and enjoyed:
1. its locations,
2. its calm,
3. the quality of the building,
4. cleanliness of rooms and common areas,
5. the cleanliness of the pool,
6. the welcome of the owners of that time, very friendly.
So we went back this year.
The property has new owners.
Points 1 to 4 are still true.
Note: far too many mosquitoes.

We spent 4 nights at the Mas Trilles de Reynes. The welcome from the owners, their attentiveness and their kindness were great. The place is magnificent, the cleanliness of the rooms and the swimming pool impeccable, the breakfasts fresh and generous. Well done.
