Maison Fleurie, a Four Sisters Inn, garners high praise for its exceptional service, as guests frequently commend the attentive staff and the personal touches that make their stay memorable. The inn's amenities, including a complimentary breakfast and wine and cheese hour, are often highlighted, although some guests find them to be standard. Nestled in a vibrant part of Napa Valley, the location is celebrated for its convenience to local dining and attractions. The hotel's atmosphere exudes charm, with cozy fireplaces and verandas adding to the inviting vibe. While the rooms are generally appreciated for their comfort and quaint appeal, a few guests suggest they could benefit from some modern updates. Opinions on the inn's value vary, with some travelers feeling it's not quite worth the price, while others are more than satisfied with the experience provided.

We went on a Napa Valley winery tour with three other couples and all stayed at this inn, which is in a great spot. You can walk to a bunch of restaurants and the wineries were only a couple of miles away. The rooms are not gigantic, but that's not the point. It was cozy and clean, and the fireplace will warm you up if it's too cold. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Every night they have appetizers and wine in the kitchen area, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was also made fresh every morning.

2nd stay here, last time was about 7 years ago.
We booked a smaller room, number 3, as only staying for 4 nights and it was considerably cheaper than the others. No space at all to move around, the sink was in the actually room, with the loo and shower separate. No tv, no coffeemaker but this was described on the website correctly.
Bottles of water are provided and welcome cookies, plus the hand wash and shampoo/conditioner and good quality as we recall. Robes in the small wardrobe too, handy to use going down to the pool.
Swimming pool is a big bonus, with towels and comfy beds. The breakfast is nicely laid out with a good selection of cold items, breads and a hot dish or two each day, and the orange juice is freshly squeezed. It was nice to breakfast on the upstairs terrace or in the dining room.
The only things that detract from giving our staff 5 stars are it needs some renovation as it's looking a bit worn inside (carpets need replacing, needs some paint and a good dust in places). Although the character and history is part of the appeal. The wine and cheese hour isn't as extensive as a few years ago when there was a hot artichoke dip, crusty bread and crudités.
However, although the rooms are expensive, it's probably one of the cheaper options in the area as Yountville prices for everything have gone through the roof, post-pandemic.
Special thanks to Lupe who seems to do everything with a smile and friendly chat: she cooks, cleans and never stops. Nice guy on the check in desk too.

My wife and I called Debbie, the hotel manager at the Maison Flurie to book a four-night stay. She was helpful in booking and for vineyards to visit and local restaurants to eat. (eat at R and D) Breakfast in the mornings was always good and Debbie made a point to visit with each guest. The room was clean and very nice, ours had a deck and a fireplace. The historic hotel is very cute and has an intimate feel to it. The location is right downtown, you can walk to French Laundry, (if you have a reservation). If not, have a coffee at Bouchon Bakery, Keller's bakery directly behind the hotel.

We took an impromptu road trip in September, and ended up spending three nights at this charming B&B. The B&B is great base for exploring Napa Valley, and Debbie had good recommendations for us, and was very accommodating. The B&B provides bikes for guests, which allowed us to bike to nearby vineyards, and is conveniently located to walk to wonderful outdoor dining options. We also enjoyed afternoons by the pool with the wine and cheese picnic that the B&B provides, and also ate breakfast on the beautiful upstairs terrance. It was a really terrific, relaxing stay with a lot of charm, and we will definitely be back!

We visit Yountville a couple times during the year and enjoy our stays at Maison Fleurie. We find we like the king size rooms the best and have many favorites...whether in the Main House, Carriage House or Bakery Building. They have done a bit of updating of the rooms with nice flooring and lighter bedding. Fireplaces in the winter months are great and the pool and jacuzzi in the warmer months. Breakfasts offer a diverse selection of foods for everyone and the staff is friendly and makes sure our stay is pleasant each and every time.

This hotel is in the heart of the Napa Valley in beautiful Yountville. There are many great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. This hotel is very quaint and feels extremely European. Debbie, who runs the Inn was wonderful to deal with and made great suggestions for our room. Our visit was been during Covid and they took all of the safety precautions to make you feel safe. At check in I was given a delicious picnic treat including cheese, crackers and wine. Our room felt large and cozy and included a fireplace. When we checked in we were asked what we wanted for breakfast which was included in the room charge. The next morning our outstanding breakfast (quiche and croissant) arrived right on time and hot along with coffee and fruit. We truly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to visit again! Thank you Debbie to you and your staff for taking such great care of us.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night in late August for a special event and had an amazing experience from the time I was called to book my reservation, to them accomodating early check-in and late check-out, and even stored our extra food and wine we had after checking out all day so we could explore Yountville. Everything felt smooth, relaxed and welcoming and the place has a beautiful laid back French charm thats not trying hard but perfectly tasteful and elegant. It is right off the main street in downtown yountville looking at vineyards from the resort across the street and just a block away from Coqueta, Bouchon bakery and the downtown marketplace. We ony wished we had another night to relax there as we were gone so much for our event. Only improvments needed were for the breakfast as for the price I would hope for better coffee and we missed our afternoon cheese as my BF wasnt told upon check in there was a bag waiting for us that afternoon but was a nice touch we noticed the next day! Additionally the hot tub was out of order, which is always frustrating for a hotel or inn. But we still loved it and cant wait to come back for a couples retreat again soon! Advice, make reservations for meals if youre planning to come peak season or on a weekend as its in prime location

The outside of this small inn is charming and the location is really good if you don’t mind the fact that it sits right next to La candela, a busy Mexican restaurant. We got one of the larger rooms with a fireplace and a jetted tub. The space was decent sized but the interior is not anything like the photos. Our sink in the bathroom has a major crack in it, the mini blind was broken, the drapes didn’t really cover all the windows and the heating /cooling unit rattles when it’s running. The room was very dated and walls are thin. The free wine and cheese and breakfasts were nothing special and one might do to skip. The breakfast was more like something you can find at a motel, the wine and cheese in the afternoon basically involved inexpensive grocery wine and cheese and snacks to accompany. At over $400 a night before taxes and fees, one can easily find much much much better stays in the area. This is our first and probably last booking with a four sisters proper; which sadly besides the French sounding name and cute building facade, lacked any resemblance of luxury comfort, or French charm.

We just returned from four nights at the Maison Fleurie. We loved all aspects. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed both the front and back patio. The breakfasts, prepared loving every day by Laura, we amazing and served to us in our room at the requested time. Perfection every day! Robert and Ellen at the front desk were so accomodating. They texted us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, including sending me a text with directions to an amazing bike ride, using their cute beach bikes. Highly recommend.

Arrived as per instructions, not before 4 pm. We were given the room in the attic at the top of 3 flights of stairs. We are both 70 +. No one helped carry our bags. My poor husband struggled to make it. We discovered later we are the only elderly people here at the moment. All other guests are considerably younger 40 + not 70. Nowhere in the literature does it say rooms are difficult for the elderly, in fact they call themselves handicapped friendly. I cannot in my wildest of dreams imagine how a handicapped person could ever stay here. There are stairs everywhere. When we asked about another room we were told sold out…. The bathroom is a converted closet. I dread having to try and step into the shower tub, it is so high I will need a step stool to get into it. There are no chairs in the room. I am sitting on the tiled window ledge and my husband on the bed. This is called a deluxe king room……never again. Photos were so misleading.

Thank you for taking your time to share your thoughts and we are sincerely sorry for your disappointment. As a historic inn, located in the heart of Yountville, we offer a variety of guestrooms. We strive to ensure our guests are aware of any nuances, prior to reservation, and information including stairs and access are all fully detailed on the guestroom description on our website. We also have specific ADA options, should a guest require. In addition, to the descriptions on the website, our front desk team is always happy to discuss which guestroom would be best suited for your needs, at the time of reservation. We very much hope you will give us another chance to accommodate you in one of our ground floor guestrooms, should your future plans bring you back to Yountville. Wishing you safe and happy future travels!
