Lavender Inn is a lovely spot to stay in Yountville! The room itself, the common outdoor space, and the common breakfast areas were all very clean, comfortable, cozy, and nicely decorated! The wine and cheese hour offered a few bottles of wine to pour yourself with snacks which was very nice when we arrived! The breakfast buffet had good options and was very convenient. There is plenty of onsite parking. The location was superb. It was walking distance to fantastic restaurants and a short drive away from many wineries. Overall, a great spot and we'd stay again!

We stayed for 2 nights on an anniversary trip. The room was very comfortable, with a nice large bathtub, a private patio and an outdoor jetted tub. Due to Covid, breakfast is delivered to the room and you pick u an afternoon wine and cheese tray to enjoy in room. Staff was pleasant and accessible. Everything was clean and well maintained. If you like a very soft/fluffy feather pillow bring one as the hotel pillows were quite large with no smaller or softer options,- but a very minor detail. We selected due to its location to some restaurants we wanted to visit.

We have stayed here multiple times over the years and will continue to return.

Located in the heart of Yountville, everything is within a reasonable walking distance.

The accommodations are first rate; comfy beds, quiet rooms (#4 is in a great location). The staff always professional and so friendly (Janet, you made us feel so welcome; thank you!)

Covid guidance compliance complicated the breakfast and "happy hour" traditions but staff has adjusted to this curve ball in their typically exquisite manner. We enjoyed the timely delivery of breakfast to our room as well as the cheese, crackers, and wine selections at the end of the day.

Thank you so much for another great stay!

We stayed for two nights with my brother and his wife. While I recognize that the Covid pandemic has made accommodations at B & B's much more challenging, there were some opportunities for improvement. The breakfast was the same both days and nothing to brag about. Quiche, fruit & yogurt. and day old muffins. The cheese and crackers were provided in a plastic container; the wine was excellent.
The hot tub was empty, perhaps understandable, so I filled it one morning, enjoyed my dip, but it was cool the next day and I didn't want to go through that process again.
My brother's room did not have an easy chair and the shower handle was broken. He also complained of having to wait a long time for hot water and it was difficult to regulate.
Staff were very friendly and are doing the best they can under difficult circumstances. The location is excellent !

The Lavender Inn is a fabulous BnB if you want to be pampered while visiting wineries in the Napa region. The staff are excellent, particularly the mgmt. They are quick to respond to needs, ensuring that your time there is pleasant. The breakfast is great, getting you off to a great start. Every afternoon the Inn offers wine, cheese and crackers.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a king room with patio. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The wine and cheese hour from 4:30 - 5:30pm was a nice bonus. We got a bag to take back to our room with cheese, crackers and chocolate chip cookies. There were also several bottles of wine to pour into our own glasses and bring the glasses back to our room too. The breakfast buffet was also very nice and included both hot and cold items. There was the option of eating in the dining area or bringing it back to your room. There were several parking spots at the inn plus plenty of street parking too. It’s also within easy walking distance to all the amazing restaurants, wine tasting rooms and stores. I’d highly recommend staying here on your trip to Yountville. We can’t wait to come back.

Location was central, walking distance to all the fine dining. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The room was very comfortable. It was clean and well kept. The staff was professional, nice and polite. The breakfast was delicious and the afternoon snack was a great complement to a day exploring wine country. The private patio with a fountain was private and relaxing. Great place to unwind and sip on some red wine. My wife and I will definitely stay again. It was a perfect place to spend a weekend in Yountville.

We stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon and couldn’t be more pleased! Location was great and was super cozy- as a bed and breakfast should be! We spent a lot of time outside on our private patio, when we weren’t enjoying all the vineyards. Janet was great and really helped just celebrate our honeymoon. We are looking toward to staying there again!

You should contact the wineries you prefer for their suggestions. We have found that Bell in Yountville uses climate controlled shipping, so no problems with them. We have also had excellent shipping experience with other wineries in the Yountville area, such as Hill Family Estate, Chandon, Girard, Grace & Hope, and Goosecross.
