What is your pet policy?
We are a pet friendly property! We ask that all guests fill out a pet waiver at arrival and pay a $50 cleaning fee for the length of their reservation (up to 30 days). We will keep you on the 1st or 2nd floor for ease of access to exits for walks, as well as keeping the additional floors allergy friendly.

Hello LM - the standard King room does not have a couch and it has a kitchenette. Versus the King Studio which is a full kitchen, king bed and pull-out couch. Hope this helps! Jen
