Beautiful property and professional but also personal staff. We loved our skiing experience and felt truly spoiled by the ski valet. They remembered our names and took great care of our gear. We experienced the valet being very busy and where other guests were extremely rude (I mean you couldn't make up the stuff we heard them say!) to the...

I always love staying at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch. The staff is always warm, inviting and very attentive. The minute you arrive you feel taken care of and that all your needs will be met. This is true of all Ritz-Carlton's I have stayed at

We just returned from a long weekend at the Ritz and I'm ready to go back! The property is truly a ski-in/ski-out, Express Lift #16 at Beaver Creek is right out the door. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the location was beyond beautiful, the rooms were comfortable; but what made the resort so special was the vibe...

We stayed here beginning of January and had an awesome stay. Special shout out to the valets Willie and Jeff. Jeff was awesome with the kids, doing all sorts of small things for them to make their stay extra special. Willie was kind enough to drive us to the hospital in Vail and pick us up when we had a...

Enjoyed this neat ski in ski out 2 bedroom residence on a recent visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and combination of free shuttles and access to the Ritz Carlton facilities next door made it one of my most recent favourites.

1/16/17 While eating lunch my daughter had her ski poles stolen at The Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. The Ritz's "theft department" is what they cal it, ,did nothing, no repsonse, other than the thief "made a mistake". I also talked with two other random people at Beaver Creek and the same issue came up with them. A lady I talked...

Thank you for sharing your comments regarding equipment theft at the base of Bachelor Gulch, I can assure you we make every effort that skiers properly identify there specific equipment before heading back out to ski and work closely with Vail Resorts when these situations happen. Regarding your comments on how it was handled by my Loss Prevention team this...

My wife and I stayed here for a week with our 17 and 20 year old sons. We flew into Eagle and took the 30 minute transfer to the hotel with CME (This was very easy.) This was our first stay at the Ritz although we've stayed in Beaver Creek several times. We stayed in an executive suite which fit...

Once a year we go skiing. We usually stay in Beaver Creek. Although we were only minutes away, it seemed like we were worlds away. It was very secluded in a great way. There were so many cozy places in this resort. We had better service then any resort we have stayed. Everyone knew us by name and worked hard...

The Ritz-Carlton at Bachelor Gulch has its own ski rental facilities onsite, making that burdensome process much easier to handle... and the bars and restaurants, including live entertainment, are first-class.
