Came here for our honeymoon and it was so relaxing. The staff and guests were so friendly. We were able to utilize the spa facilities and they were unique. Spago was delicious and the staff was very attentive. I would love to return when we have children. The facilities were very family friendly.

Service failures at every turn. Bad service in restaurant. Our server was really the bartender who disappeared to change the kegs. Other servers ignored us when we tried to get a check. Hotel operator routinely forgot to have our car pulled around. Spa receptionist was rude and their hours were limited making using the spa impossible. We would up gong...

What a beautiful view! We really enjoyed this hotel however, we booked and paid for a concierge level room only to be informed upon arrival that it was "closed for the season." We were credited for the mistake, but we were definitely disappointed. Also, the concierge could not be found when we were embarking out to sight see, so we...

We had heard wonderful things about this hotel and our faces dropped when we entered our room with a holiday inn appearance- dark with a small window Tried to make the best and called the spa to request a massage two days later Left our mobile number, but never heard back. The next day went to spa to check on...

This hotel is in a beautiful location, 10 minutes from Vail and a 2 hour drive from Denver Airport. I was here for a work conference and so most of my expenses were paid by the conference host. There was a lot of effort put into the conference which went very smoothly and the meals hosted at the hotel were...

Very pleasant and professional staff from the valet, to the front desk, to the bar staff. An impressively modern and spacious suite. Impeccably clean. A highlight is the peaceful serenity and the awesome view of the surrounding mountains with the beauty of the autumn color changes to nearby trees. Just outside the resort, there are ski trails to hike which...

Very beautiful entrance. Lobby and staff gave a very worm welcome. The pool and outside dining proved to be a great place to unwind after a day of shopping in the area. Room designation need to be identified at check in. My personal suggestion is to order a draft beer from the great selection on tap and try the Three...

Spent three nights at the Ritz Carlton Bachelors Gulch in Beaver Creek, CO. The property is stunning! The rooms are beautiful, extra large bathrooms with amenities and gorgeous views of the Colorado Mountains. The town of Beaver Creek is 10 minutes away and Vail is 30 minutes away. The conference rooms are large and roomy. The outdoor bar is a...

Oh my! What a wonderful place to stay in the off season (fall)! From the moment we pulled up to the hotel to the day we left, my wife and I were treated exceptionally well. One highlight was an evening meal and tea afterward at Buffalos, one of the hotel's restaurants - great food and very friendly service. The room...

Our family (2 adults & child) visited Ritz during the first part of September. The leaves were just starting to change & the evenings were cool. The hotel decor was VERY Colorado and cozy. We loved all the dark colors and fireplaces. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool water was warm enough even in September. If traveling with...
