Detailed Reviews
This is probably the best hotel I have stayed in for business in a good while. The hotel is all about customer service. The hotel is very modern. Elevator is quite musical, but it is really for benefit of sight impaired. The room was spacious and shades that could be pulled to provide total blackout in the room.
The staff is the star here. I arrived early and asked to check in. I did not get the standard 'Check in 3pm' spiel. They could not tell if my room was ready, so they used their Walker Talk device to get with house keeping (They use Relay which runs on cell network, they could even have a staff member at home and all call them with it. Not a cheap unit but shows communication is important with this property). The Desk clerk had a back-up plan if my room was not ready to get me into one. I even got a text to inquire if my room was okay and got a text on checkout.
I had forgotten my hearing aid when I checked out. I called and the hotel operator knew about and was ready to make arrangements to FedEx to me, and would had let me charge the shipping charge to my room folio. Was cognizant that I could had used my corporate card for the my room and thus need to use my personal card. You could tell this is not the Hotel Team's first rodeo.
I would definitely stay here again, without a doubt. So my only disappointment is that on Google Maps things look really far away from the property and it is not despite being more a business district type area. A nearby shopping center, features s subway, Burger King, Starbucks, grocery store, and a few other restaurants. The map was very deceiving and if I had been smart, I probably could had asked hotel staff for recommendations.

What a pleasant surprise! This hotel was centrally located to many things. It was clean, modern, quiet and very well appointed. We stayed in a 1 king studio suite-it was HUGE! We loved this property. The room had a fridge, microwave and a Kuerig for coffee. The hotel parking lot was always full but you'd never know as it was very quiet. They also have laundry facility on site which was great for us after a week of hiking in Grand Teton and Yellowstone!
We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone

If a room full of sounds that remind you of a helicopter landing under fire in Denang circa 1969, a fridge that clanks like the compressor is about to detonate and lights that work... I'm told, but have no evidence of this because I somehow couldn't find the master cut off switch for the rooms power supply.
After trying to sleep and waking up in a sweat, I realized the sounds I went to sleep listening to were infrasonic, and had set my nervous system on fire.
Having never experienced this before, I woke up with my hands shaking and in a nervous sweat. Combine that with what was the most hostile desk staff in the history of all hospitality literally smirking when I reported the experience, calling me a liar and even getting angry when I tried to provide context for the experience even after I was refused a refund...
If I wanted a good nights sleep I'd rather lie down in a metal scrap heap after lighting myself on fire than go back to this hotel.

Alexander, I am sorry to hear of your below par stay with us. Please know that we are staffed 24/7 with a staff that will go above and beyond to assist you. From the moment you entered the room and realized your lights did not work. Or waking up and realizing an infrasonic sound was disturbing you. As soon as something is not right always contact us at the Front desk and we will try to find the proper solution. As it sounds like to are hypersensitive to certain noises/sounds I would recommend asking to look at a room before actually renting a room in the future if you need to stay at a hotel. Again, here we are more than happy to do this as we do want everyone to have the best possible stay. Please know I will follow up with my staff as we should not be calling anyone a liar and I am sorry that this was the case. I appreciate you bring this to my attention, thank you,

I had no idea how relaxing it could be on a road trip to step into a super large suite that would be "home" for a couple of days. This was one very expansive room that was divided into a sitting area and bedroom by a very long desk/table. There was a compact and handy little kitchen area in the entryway and a good bathroom/sink in another alcove. The hotel was very, very quiet - even at Halloween - and we thoroughly appreciated the mask wearing, social distancing signage, and clean room provided. Highly recommend this place!
BTW - Our room was on the front of the hotel and there's a train that goes through in the early a.m. It didn't happen to bother us and I'm sound sensitive but if you're in doubt, ask to be put on the far side of the hotel from the tracks.

Stayed 2 nights and I was pleasantly surprised to find a super clean, super friendly, super helpful Hampton Inn. This was probably the nicest one we stayed in (Pocatello previously held that honor). The check in staff were friendly helpful and any time you walked past the front desk (regardless of who was working, you were always greeted with a smile and a hello). The room was spotless, well stocked, quiet and offered a good nights sleep. Pool and hot tub facilities were always clean and enjoyable. Breakfast in the morning, hot and fresh, no complaints there. Overall this Hampton Inn sets a really high bar for the chain and should be used as a business model on what a pleasant hotel stay can be, worth every penny spent. Not to mention the location is ideal for the Pearl Street area (Starbucks on 28th & Pearl) and restaurants in Longmont.

We had booked two rooms for a trip through a third part app. We booked accessible rooms and as the trip was coming up I called to confirm at least one of the rooms was accessible. The first reservations clerk was new, and kept putting me on hold to check if the room was accessible to someone in a wheelchair. She sounded uncertain but ultimately said no, the room we had was not. So I called back to speak with someone else, who told me yes, the room was probably accessible. I emailed the hotel to try to get a better idea and was sent back a snarky reply saying I had tried to change the room type. I called the third party app help and they suggested I cancel the reservation and go somewhere else, which we ultimately did. To the hotel: It is difficult enough to travel with accessibility needs. To not know if you are going to be able to use the restroom or shower safely is not a good feeling, so it would be kind to assist guests instead of making it harder for them.

2021TravelerO - I am sorry you felt we were trying to make things hard for you and that you were unable to get the right answer. I am not sure what booking channel you were using but our full available inventory shows up with every third party out there. Unfortunately if no accessible room was available when you booked then this would mean that the room(s) were booked by another party already. If you had booked accessible room(s) then this would have been what you had and there would not have been any need or reason to cancel but sounds as if this was not the case. Please know I will follow up with our staff to ensure we are confident in providing travelers the correct information. Thank you for the feedback as this will only help us get better.

Housekeepers: friendly and busy
Room was absolutely dab, inspiring. All the lighting was a washed out yellow. There was No desk lamp. No white light except in the bathroom. More like funeral palour. The pictures were very dark and ugly.
Not even a piece of paper or pencil to write on.
A word about free breakfast and free parking, it's built into the price of your stay.
Entrance was trashy and ill maintained.
The food area was unacceptable. Plastic exposed utensils, every cough and sneeze landed on them. Dixie and Georgia Pacific has what you need. The massive table in dining area is out of proportion to the size of the area.
A five day stay and I only saw the GM once.
This property should not be in the Hilton portfolio.

This was one of the best Hampton Inn we visited during our holiday. Friendly, clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast and a nice staff.
The minor negative is given by the location that despite being easily accessible and perfect for travelers gives the impression of being a bit in the middle of nowhere without many points of interest really close by.

From the friendliest front desk staff, to the extras offered, we both found this hotel to be exceptional. It was very clean, the served breakfast was excellent, and the filtered water available for refilling water bottles was a great option. We loved the comfortable bed, the insulated walls (didn’t hear our neighbors once) and the energy efficient lighting.
After staying here one night, we wished we didn’t have to move on the next day to the rest of our adventure. We definitely will return to stay with this Hampton again.

Louisville, Co is about 10 miles / 20-25 Minute drive rom the hotel depending upon where you are looking to go.
If you are not driving we recommend Green Ride to shuttle you here to the property. If you are renting a car your best route is Pena Blvd to E-470 N (toll Road), Exit E-470 at Highway 287 going North. Go West on Lookout Rd. Hotel will be on your right.
Or Pena Blvd to I-70 West, Exit I-270 W continue on US 36 to Boulder, Exit CO-157 N / Foothills Parkway Exit, Follow Foothills Parkway North to 63rd Street, Right on 63rd Street to Lookout Rd. Hotel will be on left.
We are about an hour away from Eldora Ski Resort we have a local shuttle that can get you to the bus station which has a route to Eldora. As well we are approximately 3 hours minimum from any of the I-70 Ski resorts. All of these would require you to rent a vehicle to get there.
Thank you for asking we are about 1 hour away from Estes Park.
