Pros - The Inn is in a very quiet residential neighborhood & it has very nice grounds to enjoy such as sitting out in the morning for coffee and listening to the birds. The rooms are large and the beds were firm. Cons - A little more detail to cleaning is in order - the sofa bed needed attention and...

This hotel is in a nice location, off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood, mature landscaping all around. We were in Boulder for a marathon at the Boulder reservoir, so the location to this hotel was perfect. The rooms are nice size, with a nice mini kitchen. The room was clean and in good shape. The wifi was spotty...

Located in a residential area, this Inn is clean, quiet and a good value. The staff is friendly and accommodating. From the parking lot you will find a walking path to Twin Lakes! If your traveling with a family, or without..Boulder Twin Lakes Inn is a "Good Find".

Found this place on TripAdvisor, because all of the other hotels were outrageously priced. This Inn is within a quiet neighborhood and not far away from Pearl Street Mall. The only downfalls, I saw was the TV remote had a mind of it's own (might work, might not), one of the table lamps was not plugged in (outlet was on...

If you have a car, you can't beat this value! We have stayed in Boulder several times with disappointing results, so it's a pleasure to recommend a clean and affordable stay with all of the amenities we needed. Just a short hop from town, it's a quiet, comfortable inn with charm and character run by a personable crew in a...

Great Inn in a quiet neighborhood, close to daily needs, groceries, restaurants and yet only 10 minutes from the busyness of Boulder. Peaceful paved/gravel walking, biking trails in urban wilderness, including Twin Lakes right out the front door. Staff from owners to auxiliary help very friendly and accommodating. Varietal breakfast to get you started for the day. Rooms extremely clean....

This unique hotel has again provided a great experience! We ended up extending our stay, and the management accommodated our request without a fuss, even on a busy UC Boulder graduation weekend. The rooms we stayed in had been obviously updated recently with new beds, televisions, etc. The hotel has a simple, yet well laid out breakfast area, interior entry...

We picked this hotel for our Boulder stay because of its price and we really didn't want to be in the city. It fit our needs perfectly. The room was large and clean and there was a washer/dryer on the premises, which was handy after being on the road for 3 days. Would definitely go back.

The accommodations were excellent! We were early to check in, were welcomed at the continental breakfast on the day of check in, treated like royalty. The setting is nestled in a residential community with a quaint little "cat tail" pond with path around, walking distance to restaurant and convenience store, quiet and peaceful. A perfect place to rest with a...

My son and I stayed here while visiting CU Boulder. The neighborhood was quiet, the ease of the late check-in was appreciated, and the accommodations were comfortable. My son is a runner and enjoyed the memorabilia throughout the inn. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise. I will stay here in the future.
