Hottub huge but no towels. Room cute and spacious but missing knobs in the bathroom and thermostat not working. Walls paper thin so you can hear traffic, people walking around, cars starting. Overall a mixed experience. For only a little more there are much nicer places to stay in Boulder.

Perfect Boulder style room-retro camping theme with clever recycling. The bed was comfortable, clean & crisp white. Daniel at front desk was super helpful! Complimentary coffee, tea, cookies, fruit bowl & nut mix in lobby, but charge for breakfast. We walked to Pearl St. and biked along the creek. Game room had ping pong & climbing wall. Nice new hot...

My friend and I traveled to Boulder for a concert at Red Rocks. We have friends who go to he university in boulder so we wanted a place close to the school. The hotel is super cute and quaint. It's camping themed and adorable; lantern lights, cooler ice bucket, wooden side tables, etc. The rooms open up to outside so...

We stayed here several times while visiting our daughter at the University of Colorado in Boulder. This is a small, cozy motel, very conveniently located close to the University aas well as to downtown Boulder. Both are within walking distance. Its reasonably priced, rooms are clean and breakfast is decent. What more could you ask for?

My husband and I jumped on a last minute deal to Boulder and discovered Basecamp Boulder, conveniently located to Pearl Street Mall, as well as Chautauqua, Red Rock and Mt. Sanita's trails. Price was very affordable! Decent, clean room, plush towels, nice community area to hang in 'lobby' area. Excellent café items prepared with care, complimentary cookies and delicious coffee,...

The decoration for the hotel is very nice and interesting, the rock climbing area, ping pong table, and hot tub looks great. Saw some other people's review saying not as advertised but for my stay everything was finished and new. Didn't get to use the hot tub or gym but it does looks nice. I would say if you like...

Wow. At the time I booked in early November (2016), this was "Basecamp Hotel, an Ascend Hotel Collection Member", and TripAdvisor (and Hotwire) rated it as a 3.5 star "hotel." Oh boy, it's not. It's an old (old) La Quinta motel masquerading as a "hip hotel" by virtue of a new paint job, some wall hangings, and an old house...

We booked here for four nights over Thanksgiving in a "deluxe king" room with refrigerator and microwave. The room we got was not "deluxe" - pretty much ordinary. The bathroom was so small we could barely use the toilet. No refrigerator, either - we asked about it after unpacking and were told we could get one the next day. Checking...

Clean, friendly, accommodating. Great location and rooms are fun, quirky & quiet. Thank you for a great stay! Provided my friend a fridge for her medications just for the asking. Easy walk to everything.

We stayed there on two separate nights. Both times it was clean, quiet with helpful staff and lovely querky room. The second night we were upgraded to the "penthouse" because we mentioned there was a problem with the electrical sockets in the room we had stayed in. Karen at the desk was amazing knowledgeable and helpful. Would definately go back....
