This condo complex is located ABOVE the 2 main super chairlifts on Peak 8. Ski racks, grills, hot tubs, and picnic tables virtually on the slope you ski up to. Garage parking keeps your vehicle warm and clear of snow. First floor units (#105-107) have sliding doors that open onto the slopes. Nice complex well maintained.

We had booked a condo at Skiwatch and were not able to travel that week, so this review is on customer service alone--but it is worth reviewing what a great, quick response they gave. The next time we go to Breckinridge this will be the place we stay!

Skiwatch is located about 100 yards above one ski hill; you ski down to the lifts. the price for two bedrooms at skiwatch for March 4-11 on VRBO is $3836. Two bedrooms at one ski hill place for the same week on bookings.com is $8613.

We love this condo complex. In the winter it makes hitting the slopes so easy with ski lockers just steps from peak 8. In the summer it has amazing views and access the hiking trails. Units have a nice patio and a full kitchen. We love having 2 bathrooms one for the kids and one fun us. Our favorite units...

Truly incredible location. You literally walk out the back of the building put on your skis and ski DOWN to the lift. The building is right on Claimjumper. We stayed in a unit that had been completely remodeled -- Unit 432. They spared no expense and you just cannot beat the location.

We believe SkiWatch is the best ski-in / ski-out condo location in Breckenridge. The building is quiet and convenient. There are many ways to return to SkiWatch for lunch, instead of expensive dining on the mountain. Skiers of all abilities can easily take advantage of the ski-in / ski-out access. It is very simple to travel from Peak 8 to...

Just got finished staying at Ski Watch 434 and loved it. Top floor unit so extremely quiet. Completely renovated unit with comfortable sofas, tons of pots, pans, crock pot, electric frying pans and they have there own gas grill on porch! The location was amazing. Kids could take off and ski while adults took more time. Everyone comes back for...

My wife and I stayed here with another couple and we enjoyed our 2 bedroom condo. It had everything we needed to cook and sleep comfortably. It would not consider it fancy but very adequate and you can't beat the price for what you get. These condos are individually owned to my guess would be that they differ on the...

This was our third trip to Skiwatch, maintained by Roman and Olha who keep a nice place. Some of the condos are recently remodeled, others are in a little need but the location cannot be beat. The ceilings were a little thin in this last stay so I recommend an end unit with a loft. That is where we will...

Unit #106 was absolutely beautiful. Everything was updated and well kept. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms spotless. Kitchen brand new. Not stocked with any condiments so remember to bring. Location could not be beat. "Stored" our skis on our back porch, walked out our sliding door in our ski boots, carried our skis along path, put them on and skied...
