Detailed Reviews
Our family stayed in unit 5208 for 4 nights on a ski/snowboard trip. It was an amazing experience. The 2 BR unit was bigger than expected, very nicely decorated, extremely clean, comfortable beds, kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, right temperature, etc. The check in clerk at the main desk was friendly and efficient. Parking is easy. Short walk to lift and base facilities, a great brewery across the street and easy access to the whole strip. We did not need/want daily cleaning and there were enough towels and supplies for the whole stay. The main room TV took a little bit a fiddling, but no big deal. There are TVs in each room and tons of channels. We did not use the hot tubs or pool. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, beautiful property. Family of six stayed in unit 5209. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and beautiful. It was stocked with games and lots of kitchen equipment including crock pots and pizza stone. The beds were excellent and the sofa and chairs appeared to be new. We were able to walk to restaurants and when we used the car, it was nice that it was warm in the garage. I highly recommend this unit.

Room Tip: Get your own groceries at Safeway. We used DoorDash. It was slow and we didn’t get what we ordered.

Really nice place to stay in Breckenridge. The furnishings, appliances, and other amenities are exactly what you would expect. Caution for some skiers: It is more than a 10 minute walk to the the base lift. Very close to Breck village for easy walking to dinner or drinks.

We arrived to our condo to find dirty towels in the bathtub, trash in the guest bathroom and empty water bottles on the floor. The condo was not clean and the furniture was beat up and very worn.
I contacted David, the manager at the front desk, shared our feedback and he thanked me for letting him know and said other guests wouldn’t be as patient, and asked if we wanted to have all of the issues taken care of or a credit on our bill. I said we were settled in so a discount would be appreciated.
We just received our credit card bill and we were charged the $850 for two nights with no discount as promised.
I hate providing negative reviews but to have the condo is such terrible condition and to not receive the compensation as promised made it impossible not to write this review.
Definitely will not stay there again.

Checked in at 3:00 pm and spent over an hour in broken elevator and were unable to reach our 3rd floor room from parking garage. Finally had my husband walk up 4 flights of stairs at 10,000 feet elevation to call elevator up so we can access our room with our luggage. Upon arrival to room, fridge was set to 77 degrees and hasn't cooled off at all in 2 hours so we have no ice or access to our food storage. It is now nearly 3.5 hours later and still have no elevator access or fridge. Front desk is trying to now move us to different unit that has elevator access and fridge. You do not get what you pay for/expect in this unit whatsoever. Total disappointment and we will be expected to be compensate when we are able to speak with manager when he is available on Tuesday

We stayed at Water House on Main in 2017, and it was based on that experience that we chose to stay there again in 2022. It has since been bought out by Vacasa, (management company) and is now called "Main Street Station by Vacasa". This was undoubtedly the worst lodging experience I have ever had, and we are still seeking a remedy from the company. We had family members staying in 4 units in various locations on the property and dealt with BEDBUGS, non functioning appliances, clogged sinks, faucet handles coming off in your hand, non functioning outlets, an outdated key card system that had you trapped in an elevator or parking garage or unable to get in to your room for days on end, completely clueless "staff", and management both local and nationally that actively ignore all calls and emails.

Run down and mildly damaged furniture. Wicker kitchen stools unraveling and unable to be used. Lose bathroom hardware.
Had a minor issue involving natural gas so called the maintenance line to report. No directions or welcome book and the absolute WORST maintenance and concierge. Three calls for service to fix the problem and NEVER resolved. Countless hours wasted on the phone being told “maintenance reported it resolved.”
Calling the Vacasa (management company) to file a complaint and spent nearly an hour on the phone yielding very little. No confirmation or file # could be provided, only the first name of the agent.
We will NOT be back again. WORST property management and service.

Staying in 5305. Was notified prior to our stay that the big refrigerator did not work. Asked to be moved and then they said it would be replaced upon arrival? That did not happen.
Once we got in, the unit looks ok on the surface but so many small issues broken window screens/cranks, busted dressers, ripped lamp shades, strange odor and the list goes on.
Would not stay at this unit again if you paid me, nor the place overall due to bad customer service.
Would give it zero stars if I could.

Many of the condos we have stayed in at Breck are somewhat dated and dumpy but not Water House. This condo has it all--great location, spacious room, well equipped, great amenities. From this location we could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants on Main, it was a bit of a hike to the Quicksilver lift but doable. Right outside the main entrance to the complex there is a Free Ride bus stop that takes you nearly anywhere you want to go in Breckenridge. There is also a free private shuttle that we took instead. You go to the front desk and they call the shuttle, which almost always gets there within 10 minutes, and you get a private ride to lifts, City market or wherever. When you want to come back, you just call them and tell them your location, and you have a private ride back. Sweet. The entire Main Street complex has several individual buildings, not connected, so you have to use your room key to get inside from the main lobby. At first I thought this would be inconvenient and was confusing, but once you get the lay of the land and don't get lost, it seems to keep the rooms very private and quiet because you don't have people clomping down the halls unless they have rooms on that floor. The rooms are large and everything in them is new and good quality, plenty of cooking utensils and dishes and glasses for everyone. The rooms have flat screen TV's, Dish TV and DVD players. So nice not to have to choose from just 10 or so channels on basic cable, like they have at many condos. The beds were a bit soft with pillow top mattresses, but we slept well on them and had no back pain (at least none associated with the mattress) so I guess they were ok. Our room had a nice view of the complex, which looks like a little mountain village, and of the ski run around the Quicksilver lift with the mountain beyond it. Another nice amenity is free DVD rental box located near the check in desk in the lobby. It has a fairly good choice of DVD's, new ones as well as oldies, and it's free as long as you return the DVD. There is a nice looking fitness room, as well as hot tub, we didn't use either one but it looked good and we might have used it if the weather was too bad for skiing. Another nice amenity was that they have a Christy ski rental place right on the property, downstairs from the lobby. Prices were maybe a bit high but it sure was convenient. Right next to Christy's was the ski valet. They store your skis for you, after you ski each day they use driers to dry and warm your boots, then when you go to retrieve them the next day your boots are warm and dry, and they put your skis and poles outside so you can take off. This was a nice touch for people like us who are getting old and lazy. I wouldn't have paid extra for it, but it sure was nice to have. Overall, this place is certainly not cheap but it cost less than I would have expected for this kind of quality and convenience. We would definitely stay there again and probably will.

Waterhouse is a great spot, especially for older families. There is a bit of trekking with ski gear across to the chair lift but no big deal. Ski overnight storage on the bottom floor of Main Street Stn is great with boots warm every morning. Nice staff. Good shuttle service linking you to downtown and supermarkets if needed. We even found a "Wholefoods" which was great on way up from Denver. Enjoyed the walk at night to many choices of restaurants, especially "downstairs at Erics"-great American bar food. The mountain is big enough to ski a week ..so many beautiful runs. WE loved it. Lovely unit with good kitchen set up. Unit NO: 5405. 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms,.

In the summer I would say two to three weeks. Be sure and go to Quandry's restaurant in the complex. Best BBQ bacon burger I've had in a long time.
Water House on Main Street does. Don't know about Main Street Station.
Sorry. We were there in the summer so we weren't skiing
The view we had was really of other buildings but didn't feel closed in. Our unit had a little patio that we could go out and there was a nice view of the mountains. It is really a wonderful place to stay. You will love it. This will be a prime weekend for autumn colors changing. Enjoy your stay.
