We love that we can get a quick get away for a week and if we include the family then everyone enjoys the place. We have been visiting every year multiple times a year for about 12 years. Every season there something different and always pleasant. Always nice to just visit and do absolutely nothing but lounge around the pool...

This resort advertises itself as a ski-in / ski-out, but it is not really a ski-out unless there is sufficient new ski to cover the road to the Beaver Run ski lift. Also if you make the mistake of taking the first turn-off for the ski-in, you will end up at the bottom of the Snowflake chair because there is...

Dear Karen E, Thank you for offering your feedback regarding the ski in, ski out access at Grand Timber Lodge. As you describe, the access to the Beaver Run Superchair does end at the Beaver Run parking lot, requiring you to remove your equipment and walk across the lot to access the lift. Our other ski out route begins just...

Room 414, very close to the pool and hot tubs. There was a nice wine reception on Monday nights which included cheese and meats. There is a ski and snowboard shop within the complex. All of the parking is at the ground level under the rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was well lit and clean. Reasonable walking distance from lifts. Pool/hot tub area was clean and tidy. Shuttle service to town was very convenient. Some of the buildings looked like they may have had much nicer rooms, but we did not spend a lot of time in...

The resort was spacious and conveniently located. While it is not exactly ski in ski out, it was convenient to the slopes. We had a one bedroom with a king sized bed, washer/dryer, two TVs, and a decent kitchen. I will happily return here the next time I go to Breckenridge.

Loved our stay. We stayed in a studio, and had plenty of room for two. The shuttle service provided makes the town and the mountain easily accessible. Didn't take advantage of the hot tub, but it did look so inviting! We had a special package, so the value was very good.
